Horrifying audio of distant gunshots appears to confirm reports of "house-to-house executions" as the Taliban asserts control of Kabul and Afghanistan after the U.S. military's departure on Monday evening. An Afghan man who worked with Americans on the ground provided Fox News with the chilling audio featuring distant gunshots.
"I think there's a conflict between the Taliban, I have no idea where I'm located. From everywhere I hear the sounds of shooting, gunfire. I have no idea how to leave," the Afghan man said in the audio clip, recorded around the time the final U.S. plane left Kabul.
Distant gunshots rang in the background in the audio clip.

I'm not sure why the man doesn't know where he is but I think we should send Biden to look for him. It's the least he can do.

My stomach has been in knots for days. Now the executions of innocents, going door-to-door to effect the heinous purge. Hanging a live human from one of OUR copters. Openly leaving Americans to huddle in terrified masses, unable to get any help, knowing they face unimaginable abuse and likely death. And the dogs, left in fear and hunger by sub-human politicians who have no souls.
What will today bring?? How much more can we take???

Business as normal, then, in an Islamic country. The MIC really, really wants the USA back in that foolish quagmire, and will trot out any number of heart-wrenching stories to grease the skids for another profitable bipartisan humanitarian war.

And they are also killing all the family members. Not just the person they are actually looking for. I can only hope that they shoot them in the head and they die quickly. But I am sure the women and girls are being raped and abused before they are murdered.

I truly wish the good people at this site could see this for what it is. There isn’t a single “American” living in Afghanistan that is worth the blood of our military personnel. If it seems strange to you that the military leaders have apparently ALL lost their minds, it’s because they haven’t lost their minds. A passport holder does not mean they’re “American.” I have absolutely no respect for any Afghan. I’ve lost too much (for absolutely NOTHING) which is why I’m getting pummeled with VHA emails telling me to come talk about the botched withdrawal before doing anything I can’t take back. I’ll not even begin to discuss (in detail) the ex-military heroes doing everything to “rescue” Afghans because I am not a mental health professional, but you can bet they feel indebted to those they were with while deployed. More American families lost their family members to friendly fire (from Afghans posing as humans to get close enough to Americans to kill them) than were saved by a translator. These heroes are great people but they’re trying to salvage a purpose to their time in country and are not the type to just sit and watch this disaster unfold. God bless them all (because it’s a reflection on them, not the Afghans). I’m the type who is more like the door gunner in Full Metal Jacket (“If they run, they’re Taliban. If they stand still, they’re well-disciplined Taliban”). Many soldiers, if not most, are all out of forgiveness for Afghanistan. Guess it all depends on your experience with the mission. Heck, if most Americans knew the truth about our presence in Korea, you’d want them to come home. Trump will win in a landslide next time around because the only nation-building we need to do is in between Canada and Mexico. Enough is enough. (rant over)

Hey Winkin, SOS Blinkin and Surrender Joe. You told us, this was the new and improved Taliban. Sort of looks like the same medieval Islamic rulers. Executions, hangings by Apache helicopters. How can you claim mission accomplished when you can see anything through your Navel glasses?

One might ask where the Afghan government is these days, or where the US-trained Afghan Security Forces went rather than fight. Is this playing out unexpectedly?

What did the Afghans think was going to happen? They had 20 years with practically unlimited support to form a force of actual soldiers, but at the first test they folded. NO doubt the rats as usual made things worse, but that is something else they should have expected. They own this just like every blue wave rat owns everything biden is destroying.

We did not go into Afghanistan to save the Afghans from the Taliban. America lost several thousand citizens when terrorists harbored by the Taliban and trained in Afghanistan attacked our country. Nation building got our mission off the rails but anyone who ever fought in a war and was aided by the people of the country in which they were fighting, understands the necessity to remove those people from danger or a fate worse than death, which we saw play out when Obama left Iraq and ISIS moved in to commit unspeakable atrocities against the innocent, many of them targeted Christians. Until my WWII-Korea-Vietnam vet father passed away in his mid-late 90s a few years ago, he held a special place in his heart and would have gone back to fight beside the Philippine people who had helped him and his squadron mates during the Battle of Leyte Gulf and later fought beside them as the US forces took Luzon and Manila. Years later, he served in Laos and developed an affinity for the Hmong tribes people, who armed with old French flintlock rifles, bravely saved hundreds of US airmen downed by missiles and ground fire flying combat interdiction missions over the Ho Chi Minh Trail. When the US pulled out of Vietnam, the advisors in Laos saw the bloodbath coming and an entire people, primitive but brave and loyal, were massacred if they couldn't escape through Thailand to get to our country, where their children who made it have by and large prospered as Americans. We owe a debt to people who risk their lives and the lives of their family in support of our service men and women. Democrats seldom if ever understand that.

"Knock, knock."
"Who's there?"
"Taliban."
"Are you going to kill me?"
"No, we are Taliban 2.0."
"OK, just a minute."
"!"
