The Washington Post thought it was doing the Lord’s work in fluffing Dr. Fauci’s reputation with an article about 866 pages of emails produced pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act request. The emails purportedly give a window on Fauci’s world in the thick of the 2020 global pandemic, and how he handled things under the pressure of that Bad Orange Man.
You see, for the American public, the bloom is off the rose. Oh, you will always have your Cult of Fauci and people who believe that had it not been for Fauci, the entire nation would have been dead.

We saw after BLM/Antifa rioting and demanding to “defund the police,” that the cities that moved in that direction saw a big spike in crime, shootings and murders. Among the people being adversely affected by this, black people. So the very people BLM claims they’re fighting for with all this are some of the people being harmed by the defunding as well as the rioting. We’ve been reporting on this for months but the Washington Post appears to have just discovered it, as we reported earlier.
But this isn’t the only place where the left and the media are getting it wrong.

Well this sounds a little racist.
Joe Biden on Tuesday delivered a speech on the 100-year anniversary of the Tulsa Race Massacre.
Biden was being his old perverted, racist self on Tuesday.
He just can’t help himself.
Joe Biden made a racist remark during his speech after telling little girls in pigtails they would get ice cream if they sat through his speech.
“The data shows young black entrepreneurs are just as capable of succeeding given the chance as white entrepreneurs are, but they don’t have lawyers, they don’t have accountants, but they have great ideas,” Biden said.

Via Real Clear Investigations
Democrats and much of the media are pushing to make permanent the extraordinary, pandemic-driven measures to relax voting rules during the 2020 elections – warning anew of racist voter “suppression” otherwise. Yet democracies in Europe and elsewhere tell a different story – of the benefits of stricter voter ID requirements after hard lessons learned.
A database on voting rules worldwide compiled by the Crime Prevention Research Center, which I run, shows that election integrity measures are widely accepted globally, and have often been adopted by countries after they’ve experienced fraud under looser voting regimes.

A drunken teen in Milwaukee broke into an Airbnb and passed out — only to wake up and find the rental was occupied by three out-of-town sheriff’s deputies.
The Montana lawmen, who were in town for emergency vehicle training and had been sleeping, got up and saw the back door of the property open. When they went upstairs, they found the 19-year-old man knocked out cold in one of the beds, they explained in a Friday TikTok video.
“This silly guy found the one Airbnb in all of downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin, loaded with cops,” one of the deputies said in the viral video.
“He woke up in handcuffs.”

How much has the psychology of our nation been upended by this pandemic?
We’ve seen people blindly turn over their lives to the dictates of the government. The government shut down businesses, jobs and destroyed lives. Children went without in-person school. Every other illness or condition seemed to be suborned to the interest of fighting the pandemic.
When the CDC said that fully vaccinated people could now go without masks, one would think that those on the left who said “Follow the science” would have been happy. This meant they could drop the masks.
But instead, people who previously accepted the government dictates then refused to accept that one.

Flanders Fields, Belgium, 1915: Poppies, the hue of human blood, blow in the gentle breeze. The scarlet blooms decorate thousands of Allied soldier graves. Graves of mud transfused with the blood of fallen brothers.
1,043 American soldiers perished in Belgium during World War I, 368 of whom are interred at Flanders Field American Cemetery. Today, Memorial Day, we remember their courage—and the courage of all American veterans—by revisiting the story of the vermilion poppies of Flanders Fields.
Flanders Fields is the name for WWI battlefields on the border of northern Belgium and France.

There are some Members of Congress you see and think, “I get it, I can see how that person got elected.” Either they’re charismatic, smart, attractive, have that “it” factor, or some combination of those traits and you get it. Then there are some who have you thinking they made some kind of deal with the devil to get there – personality-less, weird, creepy, almost soulless people who’d say or do anything if it helped them, even a little. California Congressman Adam Schiff is the perfect example of that.

A Houston-area hospital is being sued by 117 employees over its mandate that all staff must be vaccinated against COVID-19 by June 7 or they will be terminated. The hospital’s employees claim they are being used as “human guinea pigs.”
The civil suit was filed on Friday. It contends that the mandate violates the Nuremberg Code and U.S. statutes that permit Americans to legally refuse “unapproved” medical treatments. The suit also claimes that it violates both Texas labor and employment laws.
Lead plaintiff Jennifer Bridges told KHOU that the hospital “trying to force you to put something into your body that you’re not comfortable with to keep your job is just insane.”

Law enforcement arrested an alleged neo-Nazi who was planning a mass shooting at a Walmart in Texas a local police department announced Sunday.
Coleman Thomas Blevins, 28, was arrested Friday for a terroristic threat to create public fear of serious bodily injury, according to the Kerr County Sheriffs Office. Law enforcement, including local police and the FBI, investigated Blevins for a week to confirm his association with extremist ideologies.
“This case reminds us that we need to always be vigilant. Many think ‘that can’t happen here,’ and it was well on the way to happening,” Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha said in a statement.

The 78-year-old President of the United States, Joe Biden, is not well. He is suffering from an obvious mental decline. Americans are not sure of his exact condition because he has not released any mental competency test results. When he was asked about it during the presidential campaign, he responded in anger and accused the news reporter who posed the question of being a “junkie.”
Clearly, Biden does not exhibit the same mental acuity that he did as a United States Senator. Comparing videos of Senator Biden versus President Biden shows he is a shadow of his former self.

Arizona’s Senate is considering another audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 Election results. This will supplement and confirm the results from the current audit going on in the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
The Washington Examiner reports:
The Arizona Senate may sign a deal for another 2020 election review in Maricopa County following reports that some overseers of the audit are dissatisfied with the process.
The present audit, which includes a review of 2.1 million ballots cast in the state’s November election in the county, has been underway since April 23 at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, led by the hired firm Cyber Ninjas.
