The University of Minnesota is conducting the nation's first randomized trial of a controversial anti-parasite drug that has a fervent U.S. following and is being used on the black market against COVID-19 across the globe. Ivermectin is being added to an ongoing trial in which U researchers hope to find a rare outpatient therapy that can prevent infection with the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 from resulting in hospitalization, long-term complications or death.(Snip) "Not everybody has access to the vaccine, whereas these medications are existing generics, already FDA-approved, that are available in most pharmacies around the world," said Dr. Carolyn Bramante,

Thank goodness! It has been tragic that simple treatments haven’t been explored ASAP for COVID. What is so “controversial” about it? It is an old, generic drug, whose side effects, or lack of them, are well-known. It should have been in the arsenal of treatments from the start. But the CDC and BigPharma wanted everyone to be vaccinated and kept us locked down until then. We see there are complications for some from the vaccine. They are going to want boosters and all ages to be vaccinated. What is controversial is that this treatment might work!

In Biden's American, stuff that works is controversial.

A possible normal drug treatment for the Chinese bioweapon, what a good idea. The Friends of the Chinese Bioweapon at CDC will be unhappy about this "infringement" on their much beloved bioweapon attack.

Mechanical engineer Odde, involved in a model to predetermine what treatments would work and which ones would not, declares hydroxychloroquine a “failure”. Yet doctors in practice across the country and abroad have found it to be effective if given in the earliest states of Covid, before the patient has to be hospitalized. The CDC called off its trial of hydroxychloroquine being performed using hospitalized patients! It was already pretty clear that it had to be given before patients had been hospitalized, put on ventilators, and so forth.
There can be a chasm miles wide between those who do models and the real world, especially in the practice of medicine.

Here is a video everyone should take the time to watch. Lee Merritt, MD, has a lot to say about Covid and how it is being used in our country. She talks about “technocracy” - those who manage us by knowing things we don’t know. We can educate ourselves by listening to Dr. Merritt and others like her instead of Joebama, Fauci, and the technocrats. I highly recommend this:

What amazes me is that during this whole mess, you never heard of any treatments such as HCQ or Invermectin. Their answer was, to those affected, go home and hide under the bed for two weeks and if you have survived, you can come out. No treatment!! This is/was criminal.

Many billionaires have been minted with the Covid vaccine. How many would there be with ivermectin and hydroxychloroqine?

Re #6, we heard of them. HCQ and ivermectin were mentioned in many reports, including here at Lucianne. We just can’t get them. That is what is very, very wrong. It is not that they are unsafe. Both have been used for years in other countries. Even sold over the counter. Here they must be proven to be effective in clinical trials. That is bogus because many of the pharmaceuticals we take can be prescribed for off-label conditions.

What a corrupt medical establishment we have. I am starting on ivermectin as a preventative Tuesday. When we reach 3,000 deaths from the drug (the number in the US who have died from the vaccine), please give me a head's up.

Presume it's only "controversial" because people asked questions about it's use, and then some other political party decided to politicize those comments. Similar to HQC, which Tom Hanks and his wife were treated with in Australia.
The whole thing has been a cluster from the beginning, and when the true numbers and information comes out, it will likely shock a lot of people.
I'm sure some thought this would help build trust in big government, but I'm doubting that will be the outcome.

Ivermectin as well as Hydroxychloroquine are not controversial in India. They are being used to quell the Covid 19 outbreak in India.

Thanks, #5. And a hat tip to another poster here for this one. I think that the man-machine connection is overstated in this case, but her overall sketching of the broad, high level concepts of Mr. Globalist's future plan is worth paying attention to. Even if she is wrong in some details, I think the broad concept is important to become aware of. And her solution is pretty straight forward.....don't build your own trap of slavery.

Don’t be surprised if the IVM is used in a way to be ineffective so they can continue with the jab only solution.

My understanding of the use of hydroxychloroquine is that, given early, lessens severity and hence the serious lung complications
We've "heard" so many things: take aspirin at the first signs; take vit D (this is good no matter what, but don't over-do it), vitamin C, i've even read we should take Pepcid (?!?), and ivermectin. The thought of taking ivermectin gives me a little queasy feeling because that is the main ingredient in heartworm preventative which we've given to all our dogs for a long time. However, i have read that ivermectin dosed to patients in Africa has essentially eradicated River Blindness.
If the Dem/Left had been more interested in getting to the palliatives and remedies than trying anything and everything to DESTROY --not covid-- but President Donald Trump, we would have come out of this long ago.
And now these people are wielding power over us deviously, despotically.
