Former President Donald Trump said that the 35 Republican House members who voted with Democrats in approving a Jan. 6 Capitol commission bill “can’t help themselves.”In a statement on Thursday, the former president argued that while the GOP has superior policies to Democrats, the Democrats “stick together” and “Republicans don’t.”Because of this, Trump said, Republicans in Congress are perceived by voters as “being ineffective and weak.”

Perceived to be ineffective and weak? It is reality. Let's see. If 1/3 of Republicans stab their leadership in the back, how many Senate Republicans do you need to get a majority vote for anything? 67 Senators. That means the Democrats don't have to block anything. The Republicans are doing that. We would be better off purging the RINOs, and building a cohesive, party that fights, and is a force not to be messed with. All that is needed is 33% of the Congress for that, and they would be listened to, or nothing would go anywhere. The present day Republican Party has no plan to take power and keep it. No plan to use that power when they get it. The Democrats have a plan to take out by any means a Republican in a Congressional seat. Democrats have picked off so many Republican seats that the Democrats are about 250 to none on the scoring. The Democrats have a big tent only in the sense they do not care about your ethics, principles, conscience, or character. As long as they vote Democrat, they find a use for all of them, including the mafia to knock off their enemies in return for protection. And the Democrats don't have to order anything. The mafia makes something happen, and down the road they never get prosecuted. Prosecutorial discretion. People don't even begin to understand the depths of corruption and evil loose in the country.

Seemingly, the worse things get, the more weak and ineffective Republicans become. You would think that would spur them to action. It does not. They are cowed by the democrats unrelenting aggression and the media’s protection of democrats. Many Republicans appears to have zero courage to fight an enemy that clearly defines itself as one. They ignore the future that is being handed to their children and grandchildren. Mob rule will be the order of the day as we are witnessing. If republicans believe they will be untouchable because of their complacency, they truly are foolish. The spirit to fight against evil is just not there anymore. The country is ripe for picking and the democrats are willing and able to pick the country clean while republicans stand around with their hands in their pockets watching. The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Welcome to the guiding principle of way too many republicans.
Trump, as usual, is right to the everlasting shame of a weak Republican Party that would rather give in than fight for this country. Fight now because getting it back will be nigh to impossible.

To me, those 35 people are weak. This was not an insurrection. There are major battles in congress to fight the destructive ideas of the democrats. To throw in with the dishonest democrats at the time, or pretty much any time, is stupid. In the end, I'm glad they outed themselves as less consequential republicans..

My suggestion? Investigate their private lives. Many politicians go to Washington to change things for the better but are sucked into a life, under a hidden microscope where they and their families are examined and judged. If anyone they love is in legal/moral trouble, that is used as leverage to make them drones for the Swamp. "Yo! Preacher man! You may be lilly white but your little niece has a boyfriend who's running drugs and is a gang banger. You vote the way we say, or she might have an accident when we do a SWAT on her man."
This is what they face. Conservatives in particular are told they must be lily white, morality wise or the media will come for them. The Thirty-Five may be where thy are through no fault of their own, except the fear of being DOXed by the left and the fear for their loved ones, in the line of fire.

Yes, One could add to "Ineffective and Weak" not very intelligent! For them to fall in with the Democrats over this Vote, and expose themselves, was definitely foolish. They now leave us enough time to find a Primary Opponent and run with him/her. We have time to raise piles of money to shine a light on exactly HOW they voted since they took office. We have time for Trump to add them to his list of places to hold a Rally! Yep, Lots of Time to end their career, and all because they were not REAL Republicans. They finally came out of the Closet for all to see! Bye Bye!

Correction it's not former President Trump it's railroaded out of the presidency by crooks and a fraud poser.
Moving along, those rat republicans come from probably squishy, partially blue liberal counties. We have those here where we live. Local state representatives in this red county but go to the capital to play nice to the liberal controlled House and governor. When these types aspire to go national they bring that with them.
Our President is right he has said that many times early on when he was located in Washington. Paul Ryan always comes to mind then gave the Congress over to Nancy's wrecking crew democrats.

If there ever is a 1/6 commission it will be run by the leftist and liberal Democrats and wimpy Republicans who are appointed to the commission “to get answers from Pelosi and her crew” will be told in no uncertain terms to go sit in the corner and shut up.

Oh wait, can't delve into them as they were just doing the democrap/liberal wish list...now all those Patriotic, Bible Carrying, Gun Loving Conservatives concerned about the way or gubermint is going are a totally different matter...string em' up and burn em' at the stake...gubermint wankers...

The thing I despise most in life is cowardice and weakness. And like so many other things Republican elected officials do, this vote makes me sick to my stomach. These subhumans are like the Germans that went along with the atrocities of the Nazis and then when the Nazis were defeated said they had no other choice but to follow.
Lincoln, the first Republican party president, was a just and righteous man who was not a coward and not weak. He was murdered for his principles and his courage. These pathetic 35 creatures should never be allowed to be called Republicans and should be expelled from the party. We need to take back our Republican brand. The history of our party, unlike the putrid history of the democrat party , is one of justice, freedom and courage and we have allowed our name to be denigrated by false accusations for decades. We must make a stand. And hopefully that stand will start with primarying every one of these 35 cowards.

Forgive me for playing devils advocate, but they create this commission and parade all the facts out won’t in be the Russian collusion hoax all over again? “ Give a fool enough rope and they’ll hang themselves” is what I see here.

To Donald Trump, I am just upset as you are about the 35 Republicans and this commission. I know I am going to handle it the same way I did with the Russian collusion, impeachment, or whatever indiscretion they were trying to attach to your name. Let the truth be on display. I do have a lot of questions about January 6 especially after the video came out with capitol police officers allowing the protestors in. The American people deserve answers for January 6, 2021 and November 3, 2020.
