A large group of Iranian military fast attack boats on Monday harassed six United States Navy ships escorting a guided missile submarine into the Strait of Hormuz, the Pentagon said.
“Earlier today a large group of Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, also known as the IRGCN, fast boats conducted unsafe and unprofessional maneuvers and failed to exercise due regard for the safety of U.S. forces as required under international law while operating in close proximity to U.S. Naval vessels that were transiting the Strait of Hormuz,” Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby said.
He said the Navy ships that were escorting the USS Georgia were exercising the right of transit passage

Sen. Mitt Romney warned Monday removing Rep. Liz Cheney from GOP leadership in the House will drive voters away from the Republican Party. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy plans to hold a vote Wednesday to oust Ms. Cheney as House conference chair. “Expelling Liz Cheney from leadership won’t gain the GOP one additional voter, but it will cost us quite a few,” Mr. Romney said on Twitter. Mr. Romney is the sole Republican in the Senate to vote to convict Mr. Trump on an abuse-of-power charge following the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol. A Texas rancher living north of Eagle Pass discovered five unaccompanied migrant children abandoned by smugglers on their farmland Saturday night. The five small girls, ranging in ages from one to six years old, were led across the Rio Grande River and abandoned the evening before. The human smugglers left them with no food, water, or any adults to care for them throughout the night.
The rancher’s wife shot a video when they found the children on Mothers Day Sunday morning. The frustrated woman expressed their displeasure for the dangers the children faced throughout the night and the seriousness of their situation. Temperatures reached 103 degrees on Sunday

On Friday’s broadcast of “CBS This Morning,” Michelle Obama made the delusional claim, one among several, that “many of us still live in fear as we go to the grocery store, or walking our dogs, or allowing our children to get a license.” (snip) Barack Obama knows better, but he has lived in fear as well. That fear deformed his presidency and sent the nation spiraling down a lethal rabbit hole that has benefitted no one more than the Mao-loving matrons of BLM. (snip) there is no one Barack fears more than wife Michelle, his personal emissary from the world of authentic African-Americans.

There can be no denying that the political left are an intolerant and authoritarian bunch. The Democratic party that represents it wants to cancel the rights of anyone who disagrees with them.Showing that fascism is all in the family, Chelsea Clinton has joined the calls for social media censorship. After all, it’s been a standard feature of her mother’s bitter Twitter diatribes since she was rejected by voters in the 2016 election.
The heir to the Clinton political dynasty joined the team effort to save Joe Biden from an early humiliation by steamrolling any opposition to his stated goal of vaccinating 70 percent of the U.S. by July 4th.

The head of the Vatican’s doctrine office is warning U.S. bishops to deliberate carefully and minimize divisions before proceeding with a possible plan to rebuke Roman Catholic politicians such as President Joe Biden for receiving Communion even though they support abortion rights.
The strong words of caution came in a letter from Cardinal Luis Ladaria, prefect of the Vatican’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, addressed to Archbishop José Gomez of Los Angeles, president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. The USCCB will convene for a national meeting June 16, with plans to vote on drafting a document on the Communion issue.

If you have been keeping an eye on the election audit taking place right now in Maricopa County, Arizona, then you also know that Democrats, news propagandists, and "concerned" NeverTrump Republicans are beginning to sound more and more like trapped rats squeaking in fear. An army of lawyers — many of the same political operatives who manipulated the November election by contravening existing election laws and flooding battleground states with uncontrolled and unverified mail-in ballots — are begging state and federal courts to stop the audit midcourse and petitioning Arizona's Democrat secretary of state and Merrick Garland's Department of Justice to intervene
