The president obviously was not FJB but a far greater man—Eisenhower. When he said he served the nation for 50 years, he really did as he served in both world wars.
Eisenhower stayed in the military in between the wars when America’s military was at its lowest. He spent 16 years as a major.

The first week of January laid a thick layer of ice and snow across Poca, West Virginia, and much of the rest of the eastern United States, as the weather returned to normal. (Snip) After Trump’s second re-election, the world is returning to normal, not that I care much about the rest of the world.
President Trump’s anticipated return to power is only half the reason the world has changed for the better. The other half is the end of the FJB presidency, which showed the true goal of the American left is destruction.

Nations which removed their monarchies rarely substituted greater political stability by doing so, and I always felt that they had lost something of themselves in the process. The hysteria has been building for some time. It wasn’t so long ago that Elon Musk enjoyed enviable street cred among the brotherhood of snotty, self-congratulating elites. A green energy guru, he made the hearts of the Sierra Club Sultans go pit-a-pat with his talk of “sustainable transport” and solar roofs.
Then Musk made several missteps. The first was buying Twitter and restoring open discourse to a platform that was started to encourage, well, open discourse but had become a headquarters of government surveillance and censorship during the first Trump administration.

Since taking office on Monday, Trump has signed a slew of executive orders targeting everything from immigration and the border all the way through to ending DEI and dismantling the deep state.

New York State has 670,000 residents who are illegal migrants – including 42,300 undocumented restaurant employees and 48,500 undocumented construction workers, an eye-opening report released Thursday said.
The report from the liberal-leaning Fiscal Policy Institute revealed an underground economy of migrant workers in the Empire State, where 1.8 million residents are non-citizens that may also include green card holders.
