Ridiculous ‘fact check’ of a true
statement during CBS debate

Original Article

JD Vance was accurately describing the migrant crisis fueled by Kamala Harris and Joe Biden when CBS moderator Margaret Brennan decided to insert herself with a “fact check.” “Just to clarify for our viewers, Springfield, Ohio does have a large number of Haitian migrants who have legal status,” she said smugly. Vance was rightly annoyed by the interruption and said, “The rules were that you guys weren’t going to fact check, and since you’re fact checking me, I think it’s important to say what’s actually going on.”

That was excellent by Vance. That one exchange pretty much stopped the "fact checking" the rest of the night.

With such bias moderators continuously being put forth by the so-called mainstream (liberal) media, the debate this evening should be the last such mainstream media moderated debate that the Republicans ever agree to do, and essentially just allow such debate formats to pass into history. In this debate Walz was all over map using vague political speak that you can bet that most people did not know what he was talking about most of the time.

I can do a fact check for everything. Assume the 'facts' are censored or outright changed. Rechecking things I read a year or two ago, the facts changed outright. Harris' ethnicity went from Caucasian/Jamaican to black. George Soros went from a guard at Nazi concentration camps to just a regular soldier. There are lots more so the fact checking tonight would have to depend on where they were checking.

Another biased response by the moderators was they would repeat some hard fact Walz said, asking Vance to respond to that, and rarely did that to Walz who was allowed to freely answer the question. They were trying to control Vance. They did ask Walz about his Hong Kong lie, but then hit Vance with an entirely different question to shield Walz from having Vance expand on it.

Fact-checking you, Senator, even though we agreed we wouldn't, and now we are moving on before you can respond. It was an egregious attempt to make Vance look bad, but his assertive response did the opposite. I'm guessing the ladies didn't cut his mic sooner because his audacity in confronting Brennan momentarily stunned them.

Vance was brilliant. That particular exchange put the two harpies on notice that they were in the presence of a superior intelligence and they couldn't play their little gotcha game any longer. Vance was in total control of the process from that point on. And even Walz was deferential to him from that point forward. We have a great new leader rising.

Pretty much all the illegal aliens allowed into this country under Biden/Harris have legal status* because Biden/Harris and Mayorkas have totally twisted how one applies for legal status in this country. They have broken all the rules on the books to protect these invaders. And hey Margaret - why don't you take in one of these Haitian families with "legal Status" since you care so much about them. * - it's called temporary protected status while you wait to see the immigration judge on your asylum status and that wait is years in the making aka catch and release.

#19: Hard copies here. Paper lasts for thousands of years if properly stored. Digital media from >2006 can't be used; that's when DVDs took over from VCRs. We demand that all of our financial statements be issued on paper. That way, if all electronics go down, we have proof of our assets. Even if the holders wanted to argue that we could have withdrawn the funds after the paper statement, they won't because they have no paper trail, but we do. And there's precious metals too....

In a formal introduction of his newly chosen Cabinet, President Biden proudly declared: “This is the first [time] in American history that the cabinet looks like America.” Scrutinizing the actual appointments and not just the sex, skin color, and ethnic origins of the Biden team reveals a group that may look like America but doesn’t think like America. In fact, it is a team whose outlook is transparently anti-American. Take Biden’s vice president, Kamala Harris, whose antipathy for America — despite her superficial attempts to hide it — oozes from every pore. At a February 2019 presidential campaign stop, she said Columbus Day should be replaced

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz did not have a good night against Sen. JD Vance (R-OH). The vice presidential debate on CBS News wasn’t a disqualifying performance by Walz, but Democrats cannot be happy. It started rough, and it was like that for the Minnesota liberal for most of the night. Tuesday was the official beginning of National Day, a Chinese holiday marking the anniversary of Communist Party rule. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the takeover, but the celebrations seemed muted as the week-long holiday got underway, as China faces economic stumbles, security woes, supply chain disruptions, a massive demographic crisis, and a growing sense of anger and futility among its young people. The Associated Press noted that no festivities at all were announced on Tuesday, except for a ceremonial flag-raising at Tiananmen Square, which was a symbolic center of ancient Chinese imperial power before it became infamous for a horrifying Communist massacre in 1989.

As we have previously reported, he is saying that he would not support Israel taking out Iran's nuclear capability and that any response had to be "proportionate." Presumably, he meant "proportionate" to the ballistic missile attack that Iran launched on Israel on Monday.
