Anti-Netanyahu Protests Fizzle in Israel

Massive protests against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the wake of the news of the murder of six hostages by Hamas faded by the end of the week in Israel — though weekly protests will continue on a smaller scale. Hundreds of thousands of people took to the streets last Sunday and Monday, as Israelis absorbed the news of the horrific mass murder. Some hostage families and left-wing activists blamed Netanyahu for the failure to reach a hostage deal with Hamas — even though Netanyahu had agreed to terms suggested by the Biden administration. The country’s labor union federation, called for a general strike,

The massive protests AGAINST Netanyahu are the answer to the question that has been hanging in the air for 90 years: “How did 6miilion Jews placidly line up to board the trains for the camps?”

Netanyahu pointed out that Israel agreed to terms, some pushed by the US, several times and each time it was rejected by Hamas. The war continuing has political value to Hamas/Iran. Peace does not. Consider that Hamas STARTED this was on Oct 7 last year. Only an insane person would have thought that Hamas would prevail. Hamas is full of hatred and wanted to create a wider war that would pull in other countries and isolate Israel. It did not work as well as Hamas/Iran thought. Israel has been cleaning out the sewers of Gaza since then, unfortunately at great cost to Israel and to Gaza citizens who have reaped what they have sown by supporting Hamas. Eventually, Hamas will no longer exist and Gaza will be under a severe lockdown. If the US was run by sane people, this would have been over long ago and Hamas/Iran and other terrorists would have been severely reduced in size and effectiveness. Trump did this with ISIS. Biden has let them rebuild and given Iran $10 Billion to arm terrorists. And yes, you have to wonder about the mental stability of some Jews who don't seem to understand the existential threat they face. 30% of them "support" their own extermination.

There is only one deal to make with Hamas and that is to kill enough of them off so that they will have to wait another 30 years to build up enough for them to start their beastial activities again.

There had been a quasi-ceasefire between Hamas and Israel until Hamas decided to go on a murderous rampage October 7th. Do these protestors actually believe they can negotiate with murderers?

"Hundreds of thousands of people took to the streets..." but millions stayed home and watched TV. And I suspect it was more like tens of thousands in the streets. But that's the problem around the world. A minority of intransigents concentrate their numbers and rule over a majority who disagree but don't organize.

Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) claimed Sunday on ABC “This Week” that Vice President Kamala Harris gave a speech at the Democratic National Convention the former Ronald Reagan could have given. Cheney said, “If you look at Vice President Harris’ Speech for example, at the Democratic Convention, it is a speech that Ronald Reagan could have given. It is a speech that George Bush could have given. It’s very much an embrace and an understanding of the exceptional nature of this great nation, a love of America, a recognition that America is a special place, a recognition that we all have to work together

Gone is the sugar high over Kamala Harris based on less than accurate polls which peaked following the Democrat Convention only to replaced by Politico gloom due to the first "high-quality" survey since Joe Biden was dumped by the Democrats. The grieving Politico team of Ryan Lizza, Rachael Bade, and Eugene Daniels sounded their sad notes of reality check despair in the Sunday Playbook, "Sobering new polls for Harris." Once again, a new NYT/Siena poll is all anyone is talking about. Nate Cohn and his colleagues have published the first high-quality survey since KAMALA HARRIS replaced President JOE BIDEN on the ticket that suggests

Former Rep. She’s now saying that she is, quote, on standby to campaign for Donald Trump to help him get re-elected. She’s also of course, called him

Fresh off the crackdown on so-called “keyboard warriors” over social media posts connected to the recent anti-mass migration riots, leading leftist politicians in Britain are beginning to demand for new speech restrictions on the internet. Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, whose neo-liberal Labour Party government enacted some of the strictest speech laws in modern British history, has joined the chorus of commentators demanding a new crackdown on social media. Speaking to LBC Radio this week, Blair said: “The world is going to have to come together and agree on some rules around social media platforms.

With just two months until Election Day, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump enter the final stretch with a nonsignificant polling split. But despite the tiny gap, the results show a shifting back towards the former president after Harris entered the race at the end of July. Just two days until the presidential nominees' first debate, a New York Times/Siena College poll puts Trump 1 percent ahead of the vice president – 48 percent to 47 percent – within the survey's 3-point margin of error. The latest was conducted September 3-6 and is largely unchanged from the same national survey of likely voters taken in late July after President Joe Biden ended

Steven Crowder published some undercover video Thursday which renews some old doubts about what really motivated Alvin Bragg's case against Donald Trump. As you probably remember, Bragg used some creative legal work to turn a bunch of misdemeanor infractions involving business records into a host of felony charges. Now the DOJ Chief of Public Affairs for the southern district of New York, Nicholas Biase, is on video saying the whole case was "nonsense." Kudos to Crowder for getting the video but also for saying right out of the gate that Biase is not the bad guy here. What we're getting is an unbiased take

The New York Joint Terrorism Task Force of the FBI, working with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), apprehended terror suspect Mohammed Khan for planning a terror attack in Brooklyn, New York City. FBI's undercover investigators communicated with Khan via encrypted message apps and learned that he planned a mass shooting at an undisclosed Jewish center in Brooklyn. Khan planned the attack to take place on or near October 7, the anniversary of Hamas' brutal attack on mostly unarmed Israeli civilians, which resulted in an unknown number of rapes, roughly 1,200 deaths, and many hostages. Khan, 20, was arrested near Ormstown, Quebec, approximately 12 miles from the Canadian-American border.

Just days after Joe Biden launched yet another attack against Benjamin Netanyahu, blaming the Israeli prime minister for a lack of a ceasefire deal in Gaza, Hamas made the president and his vice president look like fools again. According to the most recent reporting, the latest of several possible agreements has fallen through. Is it because Israel refused to make vast concessions to a terrorist group? Once more, the answer is no. Instead, Yahya Sinwar, the political and military head of Hamas, has scuttled the deal with another last-second bait-and-switch. For a state built on the selling point of unlimited freedom, California sure has a lot of authoritarians making laws. The state legislature passed a bill that requires all cars built after 2030 to give a beep when the driver exceeds the speed limit by 10 MPH. Violations of the law wouldn't carry just a fine. The state would consider speeding 10 MPH over the limit a crime. California state Sen. Scott Wiener was surprised by the vicious pushback from citizens to the bill. However, the current language of the bill has been modified considerably from the original text.
