Mark Levin’s Legal Advice for Trump
Is Spot On

Following the guilty verdicts against Trump in the sham trial in New York City, radio host Mark Levin, who served as chief of staff to former U.S. Attorney General Edwin Meese, has sound legal advice for Trump: get the case out of New York and to the U.S. Supreme Court as soon as possible. Trump will most certainly appeal his conviction, but an appeal within the New York court system likely won't happen before the election. There's always the possibility that Judge Juan Merchan, a Biden donor who basically was a puppet of the prosecution, may, in fact, sentence Trump to prison before the election.

Absolutely agree.

I don’t think Roberts has the guts to accept the case.

Although, I was pleasantly surprised with his pushback against the Congressional dems who wanted Alito's head on a stick over the flag controversies.

The last time this happened was Bush vs Gore in the 2000 election. Seems to me that there are similar reasons to take this case on an emergency basis. Ignoring the rule of law to tamper with a federal election. NY judges too spineless to enforce the rule of law. Step up, Justice Roberts.

I may be wrong but I seem to remember that when the Bush v Gore verdict was rendered the SCOTUS said this was a one time ruling and should not be used for precedent for future cases. Perhaps this travesty in ny could be set aside with the same admonition.

President Trump is going to be put in jail before any appeal will be allowed. The RNC Nation convention will convene a few days AFTER his sentencing hearing and the 'judge' will throw the book at him! Trying to speed up any appeal is going to have to go through the process of different courts before it can reach the US Supreme Court, but it should be heard there because a state court trying to use a federal offense is the wrong venue to do so. Also time limitations should have been a factor in bring up old charges. While President Trump has all the delegates needed for nomination, will he be required to give his acceptance speech from behind bars in written form?

For years, there have been “rumors” that Barack Obama is running the show for Joe Biden from behind the scenes. Obama once said in a 2020 interview that he would be fine with running an election from his basement with an earpiece in his ear: Barack Obama: “I used to say, if, if I could make an arrangement where I had a stand-in, a front man, a front woman and they had an earpiece in and I was in the basement in my sweats … I’d be fine with that.” Obama made the appearance on “The Late Show” with Stephen Colbert

A healthy dose of schadenfreude was served up on Sunday after pro-Hamas protesters blocked a "pride" parade in Philadelphia, PA. Videos have emerged showing the two sides meeting head-on, with some holding signs reading "no pride in genocide." Half-naked men in bondage gear can be seen trying to escort the parade around the blockade. There appeared to be some pushing and shoving as well. As the doctor in that "Godzilla" film from 2014 once said, "Let them fight." [Videos] Let me start with the obvious question. What is with participants in these "pride" parades and their constant need to walk around in their underwear?

We saw Biden campaign communications director Michael Tyler leading that train wreck of a campaign move outside the Trump trial in Manhattan with actor Robert De Niro. Whoever thought that up really should be canned for such a bad move because it immediately confirmed the political nature of the trial and how they were trying to use it in the election. It blew up all kinds of norms in the process. You had them put De Niro out there ranting and raving about how former President Donald Trump wanted to destroy New York and the country and calling Trump supporters -- millions of Americans -- "clowns."

Riverside County, California, has historically been a pretty moderate-to-conservative place, historically speaking; it was the only Southern California county to vote to recall the impeccably coiffed Governor Gavin Newsom in 2021. The county's political party registration is 40.49 percent Democrat to 31.31 percent Republican, with the balance independent or "other parties." The county contains parts of six congressional districts, evenly split between Democrats and Republicans. So, Riverside County is not really a far-right or far-left locale. In presidential elections, voters tended to lean Republican until 2008, after which it went for Democrats. This year may be different if the elected county sheriff, Chad Bianco, is any indicator.

Your typical liberal, progressive, Democrat, Socialist, Marxist -- or whatever they're calling themselves lately -- will hear about the May 30th verdict and be pleased with the outcome. After all, Donald Trump obviously must be guilty! Look No Further Most will look no further than a headline and a couple of paragraphs. They don't care that the case was snatched out of the statute of limitations receptacle. They don't care that it was bumped from a misdemeanor up to a felony, or that the judge was so blatantly one-sided that on appeal Trump will have this conviction overturned. It’s the question I’m most asked. “Who do you think it will be?” I’ve asked former members of the first Trump administration who they think President Trump might want to balance out the ticket. Both questions are silly because no one will be voting on the VP selection of President Trump. Donald Trump is the top of the ticket, his policies, leadership, and public sacrifice for the country he loves are what drives his support and poll numbers to higher and higher levels. But Vice Presidents do matter. If Joe Biden remains the Democrat nominee there will be people who vote against his ticket if Kamala Harris is still attached.

When the "guilty" verdict for former and potentially future President Donald Trump came down on Thursday, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) was among several top Republican senators who took to social media to share his true outrage over such a "miscarriage of justice." He also previewed the special edition of his podcast, "The Verdict," which he released later that night. A major theme throughout the episode was what a "travesty" the outcome was, and how it amounts to "a political hit job" and "the worst instance of election interference our country's ever seen," among other things.

The Trump Manhattan trial is a historic moment in our nation’s history. For those who were wondering (and possibly hoping) that Biden was “just a senile old man”, that facade has now fallen. Even people who don’t support Trump see this as blatant election interference. Even Mike Pence, the former fallen-from-grace Vice President, announced his disapproval of the court’s decision. "The conviction of former President Trump on politically motivated charges is an outrage and disservice to the nation," Pence told Fox News. "No one is above the law, but our courts must not become a tool to be used against political opponents . . . To millions of Americans,

If you do any amount of movie or TV series streaming via Netflix, Prime or other channels, you may have noticed a truly annoying trend of loud, inappropriate songs in the background of what you’re watching. The singers are almost always bad and the lyrics almost always totally wrong for the content of the movie or series you're watching. I was watching a murder-mystery thriller movie on Prime and suddenly a soundtracker bursts into loud, raucous songs about something utterly unrelated to the plot. I have noticed this trend mostly in the last five years but lately, it has been enough to make me hit the mute button.
