The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is pressing President Joe Biden to offer Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to Palestinians living in the United States, ensuring they cannot be deported under most circumstances.
CAIR officials, along with the Americans for Justice in Palestine Action, wrote to Biden on Tuesday evening, asking the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to give TPS — a quasi-amnesty program — to Palestinians in the U.S., as well as offering them Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) to ensure they will not be deported.

An Upper East Side café where baristas quit in protest over the Jewish owner's support of Israel is now busier than ever with customers lined up around the block to show their support.
The owner of Caffe Aronne, Aaron Dahan, was left short-staffed Tuesday morning after his baristas quit on him when he addressed the 'Free Palestine' pins they wore to work.
Dahan, 25, said a total of five baristas walked out since the October 7 terrorist attack in Israel, in which Hamas slaughtered 1,400 Israelis and kidnapped more than 200 civilians - including at least 13 American citizens and 23 Thai Farm workers.

The White House dismissed a request by House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) seeking proof of President Joe Biden providing a loan to his brother James Biden amid concerns that the commander-in-chief may have profited off his family’s influence-peddling schemes.
Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president, wrote back to Comer on Friday in response to a letter from October 26 that sought documentation underlying a $200,000 check James Biden wrote to Joe Biden that was labeled as a “loan repayment” in 2018.

US adults by wide margins say top universities are not doing enough to crack down on anti-Semitism and support for Hamas hardliners on campus, a DailyMail.com/TIPP Poll shows.
Nearly two-thirds of respondents to our survey — 63 percent — said elite schools were failing to meet the challenge of hateful rhetoric. Another 14 percent disagreed, and 23 percent said they were unsure.
Our poll comes as top schools have become a flash point over Israel's escalating military offensive into Gaza, aimed at destroying Hamas militants who murdered and captured hundreds of people, mostly civilians, last month.

A defiant Rep. Rashida Tlaib said on the House floor that she will not be 'silenced' after a resolution to censure her advanced.
Tlaib, D-Mich., noted that she is the only Palestinian-American in Congress. 'My perspective is needed here now more than ever. I will not be silenced and I will not let you distort my words,' she said in a passionate speech.
'There are millions of people across our country who do not support Netanyahu's extremism and are sick of watching our country support collective punishment,' she went on.

Joe Biden on Monday delivered remarks at Amtrak Mechanical Services in Bear, Delaware in which he announced $16 billion in federal investments for railway projects in Delaware.
Biden, 80, not once, but twice – in less than an hour – repeated the debunked story about an Amtrak conductor named Angelo.
“When I was Vice President they did an article that Biden had traveled I think it was 1,200,000 miles on aircraft…and so I’m getting on the train…and I guess I shouldn’t say his whole name…and then he walked up and he goes, ‘Joey baby!’ and grabs my cheek and I thought they were gonna shoot him,” Biden said to laughter.

Washington— The prosecutor overseeing the Hunter Biden investigation testified Tuesday that he had the ultimate authority in the yearslong case as he made an unprecedented appearance before Congress to rebut Republicans’ explosive claims that the probe has been plagued with interference.
Weiss’ interview with the House Judiciary Committee marked the first time a special counsel has ever testified to lawmakers in the middle of a probe. He agreed to the unusual appearance under heavy pressure from House Republicans, who are looking to ramp up their impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden and his family.

Co-hosts of The View mocked former President Donald Trump and Trump attorney Alina Habba, mimicking and belittling both over their conduct at Trump’s fraud trial.
Trump was the star attraction Monday at his trial in the fraud case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James and presided over by Judge Arthur Engoron.
But while Trump made several key admissions on the witness stand, his attorney Habba effusively praised his performance and lashed out at the judge in remarks outside the courthouse. Habba took exception to the judge instructing her in courtroom behavior and, apparently, to his use of the gavel.

Honest question: Does any Democrat in America really want Joe Biden to run for president in 2024?
Put your hand down, Jill.
America threw a cold bucket of reality in the Left's face this weekend with a new poll showing Donald Trump trouncing Biden in five of the six most important battleground states one year before the election.Even Barack Obama's top toady David Axelrod, who masterminded Barry's historic rise to the presidency, suggested on Sunday that Biden hasn't stepped down already because he's a narcissist.
'If [Biden] continues to run, he will be the nominee of the Democratic Party,' Axelrod sulked on Twitter. 'What he needs to decide is whether that is wise;
