Kamala Harris was forced to fly a military cargo plane home to the nation’s capital Saturday after Air Force Two broke down on the tarmac in Munich, Germany. Harris spoke to the Munich Security Conference earlier in the day where she announced the U.S. has “formally determined” that Russia has committed “crimes against humanity” in its conduct of the war on Ukraine.
Bloomberg’s Jennifer Jacobs posted to Twitter: “The @VP’s blue-and-white plane is broken down. Kamala Harris will be flying back to the US from Germany on the C-17 support plane.” (Tweet)

Breaking down can cause problems. My toaster suddenly broke down and I was perplexed as to what to do. Ah (hyena cackling) I decided that I would look at it and determine if I needed a new toaster. BTW, it was the fault of the Orange Man. My tire pressure may be low, which again is the fault of the Orange Man and his Mean Tweets.

Not a good look for “leadership.”
But as with Mr Nullity as transportation secretary, it’s all of a piece. Decay permeates everything now.
As they say, bankruptcy happens little by little and then all at once. It applies to moral bankruptcy and competency bankruptcy as well.

Quite symbolic of this Administration. All the trappings, but decrepit, bumping along. Oh what a sorry state of affairs.

There is always a support plane carrying a car or helicopters or Secret service vehicles, so I guess she jumped on that to come home. , but what the hell is going on if Air Force 2 is having maintenance problems.? Probably the two best maintained airplanes in the world are AF 1 & 2.
At least one would think so.

Main problem...The AF2 plane was toooo quiet, press aboard could ask questions....the much louder C-17 gives her an excuse not to answer anything at all during the looooong flight back over the Atlantic. She can also curl up and sleep in the back seat of the limo, keeping her from having to even interact with those low caste service members of the crew.

Bwahahahahaha!
They made believe the plane "broke down" - - just so they could get some laughs at piling KamaLOL into a cargo plane!
Those Air Force boys - - God bless them - - they sure know how to enjoy a laugh!

If a woman offers herself to a man, and she is not married to him, there is also a crime against humanity.

While pretty reliable, Air Force transports are rather spartan with regards to passenger accommodations unless there is some sort of VIP package loaded aboard.

As my high school opponent from Clarksville exclaimed after shanking a chip shot out of bounds to lose the match, "Oh, shoot!" I'd have said worse, but that never happened to me, and so I laughed. Sorry, fella, you had that coming. Nice socket.

Correction: My opponent's actual reaction was "Oh, suck!" which was even funnier. I couldn't help laughing. Poor fella. Match over.

I've flown as cargo on a C-17 a time or two. Did anybody get Kamala a Therm-a-rest pad so should take a snooze between the pallets?

No doubt she had urgent duties to attend to back home, and couldn't wait for AF2 to be made flightworthy.

If this is the shape the Presidential fleet is in, USAF is in trouble if we have to defend Taiwan.

Oh hell, the pilots refused to fly her after listening to that ungodly cackle all the way TO Germany. A man can only take so much.

Headline stupidity would have us believe she ''flew'' the plane back. Like Hillary zig-zagged on the tarmac to avoid rifle fire.

It makes sense that the aircraft that shuffles idiots like kamala around breaks down. It fits. It's time they face consequences of their actions rather than it falling on US all the time.
