A national gas station chain is reprogramming its pumps in Washington state to accommodate $10-a-gallon fuel as the nation's average gasoline price soars to $4.57-a-gallon, almost twice the $2.41 average during Trump's last month in office. Other gas stations in the state have begun running out of gas as supplies become crunched, with reports saying at least 10 stations have run dry. (Snip) A spokesperson for '76' gas stations confirmed that the national chain has begun reconfiguring its pumps to 'make room' for the possibility of double-digit prices, The Post Millennial reported. The spokesperson for '76' did not comment on

Target shares sank on Wednesday, as surging costs resulted in a big miss in quarterly earnings and a reduced outlook. The stock fell as much as 26% to $159 by midday, the lowest price since November 2020. Target's first-quarter earnings announcement caught the attention of the broader equity market, with US stock futures swinging lower following the release. Consumer staples stocks were the worst-performing during the regular session, with their collective 5% drop fronting the S&P 500's nearly 2% decline. "Throughout the quarter, we faced unexpectedly high costs, driven by a number of factors, resulting in profitability that came in

RALEIGH, N.C. — U.S. Rep. Ted Budd has won a crowded Republican primary for retiring GOP Sen. Richard Burr’s seat in North Carolina. Budd’s win is also a victory for former President Donald Trump, who elevated the little-known congressman with a surprise endorsement nearly a year ago. A super PAC affiliated with the conservative Club for Growth spent millions on ads supporting Budd and attacking his chief rival, former Gov. Pat McCrory, as too liberal. McCrory was considered a moderate in the 14-candidate primary but is best known nationally for signing a “bathroom bill” targeting transgender people in 2016 that

Parents from Missoula, Montana, expressed frustration over an alleged questionnaire which was handed out to the Sun Sentinel freshman high school class which asked about the students' sexual orientation, according to NBC Montana. The questionnaire, according to the outlet, asked questions like, "99 percent of reported rapists are heterosexual. Why are straights so sexually aggressive?" The outlet reported that there were 15 questions in total, including, "When did you choose your sexual orientation?" "Who assumes the dominant role and who assumes the passive role in a straight relationship," Katie Kutz, a resident of Missoula, said during a Tuesday Missoula County

Reps. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., and Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., are condemning Republican House leadership for promoting or failing to denounce extremist ideologies — such as the “great replacement” conspiracy theory — that police say motivated the alleged gunman in Saturday’s deadly mass shooting at a supermarket in Buffalo, N.Y., where 10 people were killed. Almost all of the victims were Black. “The House GOP leadership has enabled white nationalism, white supremacy, and anti-semitism,” Cheney tweeted on Monday. “History has taught us that what begins with words ends in far worse. @GOP leaders must renounce and reject these views and those who

Democrat Adam Frisch, who's hoping to run for the U.S. House of Representatives seat held by Rep. Lauren Boebert, said Thursday he wants to make amends with a Pueblo restaurant and other businesses that were affected by a "muck-up" during his kickoff election tour of Colorado. Frisch planned to stop at barbecue restaurants in towns and cities in Colorado District 3, which Boebert currently represents, on a 1,100-mile campaign tour last week. But poor communication and even worse research led to parts of the tour, including the Pueblo leg, being disastrous. Before the tour, Frisch was told that his campaign

MARYLAND – U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen is on the mend after suffering a minor stroke over the weekend. In a release, the Senator said he was admitted to George Washington University Hospital after experiencing lightheadedness and acute neck pain while delivering a speech in Western Maryland. Sen. Van Hollen says he sought medical attention after returning home. Sunday, the Senator was informed that the minor stroke had come in the form of a small venous tear at the back of his head. “Fortunately, I have been informed that there are no long-term effects or damage as a result of

The shots rang out just after 1 p.m. at a flea market near 8720 Airline Drive. HSCO said two men were pronounced dead at the scene and three others were taken to area hospitals in critical condition. John Fetterman, the Lt. Governor of Pennsylvania and overwhelming frontrunner to win the Democratic primary for the U.S. Senate out of the Keystone State, revealed he suffered a stroke just hours before voters hit the polls on primary day. In a statement, the candidate explained that his wife, Giselle Fetterman, recommended he be examined by a doctor after observing symptoms. He revealed the stroke was caused by a clot in his heart. “I hadn’t been feeling well, but was so focused on the campaign that I ignored the signs and just kept going,” Fetterman said. “On Friday it caught up

Dr. Mehmet Oz, the TV celebrity locked in a competitive race in Pennsylvania’s Republican Senate primary, predicted that he is the one who could defeat Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, the likely Democratic contender. “I’m the best candidate to beat John Fetterman, who is basically a tall Bernie Sanders. He’s been called … the most liberal statewide official in America,” Oz told host John Catsimatidis on his WABC 770 AM radio show in an interview that aired Sunday about the 6-foot-8-inch Fetterman. Oz, who enjoys the backing of former President Donald Trump, holds a slight lead in the polls going into

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders was snapped ditching his socialist principals to fly first class to campaign for a woke Democrat state representative candidate. Sanders was spotted on an American Airlines flight to Pittsburgh Friday to stump for State Representative Summer Lee, running for an open seat in Pennsylvania's 18th District. Sanders, wearing a mask, appears to head for the front of the plane in the photos obtained by Fox News from a fellow first class traveler. He was also snapped by an excited Twitter user in the same row, although its unclear if Sanders availed himself of the free booze

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — The U.S. Army on Thursday identified the soldier who died this week of injuries sustained during a bear attack in a military training area in Alaska. The Army in a statement said Staff Sgt. Seth Michael Plant, 30, was pronounced dead at a hospital on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage following the mauling Tuesday. Another soldier received minor injuries in the attack in a training area west of the Anchorage landfill, according to the Army. Plant was from Saint Augustine, Florida, and had been at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson since July 2021, the Army said in a statement. He
