Blue Gov1: "The red states seem to be doing better than we are."
Blue Gov2: "Yep. What should we do?"
Blue Gov 3: "Let's do what they are doing and tell everyone it was our idea."
Blue Govs in unison: "Brilliant!"

The decline in Covid, Omicron cases or whatever doesn't have much to do with the lifting of mask mandates. It's the polls! They're reading the polls for 2022! Story over!

This is pure BS. Yes, the mask mandates are lifted, somewhat. Not totally. AND in public venues, showing your vaccination papers is still required. There is no reference to eradicating vaccine mandates. Sorry, but this is not a return to normal. Not even close. We are still in the clutches of totalitarians who will stop at nothing to maintain their obscene power lust. We are never going to return to 2019. Never.

Keep those wet fingers up in the breeze, that's what real leaders do. If I had choose one of those four states as a home I would choose Brazil.

Never .... ever ... trust a Demo-rat politician!
This is just smoke & mirrors to buy time and create a cooling off period. Don't breathe a sigh of relief just yet as we are seeing what is happening in Virginia, Nassau county (NY) and Douglas county (CO) where local governments and school boards are fighting the mask drop. Also, many businesses --- even in Florida! --- require you to wear a mask before entering or "show your papers".
This will never end until the younger generation --- the 25 to 50 crowd --- says "enough"! That's why all the photos from the early Roaring 20's show no one wearing a mask ... despite an influenza outbreak in 1919/20 that was ten times worse than this one.

Notice those Governors are all liberal Democrats. They know that continuing the students being required to wear masks in schools is not a political winner. So since the country will soon be entering the run up to the November election, look for the Democrats to outwardly now pursue a illusionary temporary political agenda pushed to the uninformed will be designed to make them look to be more conservative than the wimpy Republicans, when it comes to some COVID and mask mandates along with so called Criminal Justice efforts, but only up until Election Day, after which the Democrats will revert back to pushing their leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrat political agenda. Chances are Biden will lead that bogus Democrat charge when he will supposedly reads his State of the Union speech on March 1.

What a bunch of mean, rotten, kid-killing Republi .... wait a minute, you tell me these are all Democrat governors?
Well, anyway, DeSantis and Abbott are mean, rotten, kid-killing Republicans governors. It's their fault, whatever the problem is. Sure can't be that sweet ol' Uncle Joe in the White House.
Sarcasm key now off.

All hoping they will blunt the criticism in hopes of fooling just enough voters, again
Of course, they're waiting another month when it's likely the term pandemic is replaced by endemic.

Dare we hope that this is maybe a side effect of the Canadian truckers convoy? After all, enough people are getting restless that it just might make sense that they are trying to walk back their tyranny to save their own hides. And the midterms coming this year of course.
