Dr. Peter McCullough told The Epoch Times that the public should question why the governments and public health officials around the world have put little to no emphasis on outpatient treatments in their efforts to fight the COVID-19 virus, instead promoting a massive effort on vaccines.
“Lots of messaging on the vaccine, but zero mentioning on treatment, none. And it’s been from the very beginning. There is a theme here, (snip) There is zero effort, interest, promotion, or care about early treatment, people who are sick with COVID-19,” (snip). “But there is a complete and total focus on people who don’t have COVID-19 and giving them a vaccine.”

Yesterday I offered a brief quote from an article by law prof Jonathan Turley (I've Been Asked About ... The SCOTUS Mandate Case). Turley discussed the mandate case in the context of two administrative law cases that are before the Court. The reason Turley placed the mandate case in that context is because the Zhou mandate was issued by OSHA—a federal administrative agency—and therefore revolves around constitutional issues governing the law regarding federal administrative agencies. In a broader sense, of course, the fact that the Court already has two cases before it that involve two key aspects of the the law in this field is a very clear indication that

Despite the predictability and transparency of the propaganda effort, the media and democrats are going all-in. All the broadcast Sunday Talk shows were filled with the “democracy in danger” talking points using the January 6, 2021, Capitol Hill protests to drive the agenda. We can likely expect an entire week of building apoplexy culminating in some form of DC release. The Lawfare crew and the J6 committee members have been producing this pantomime for almost a year, and it kicks off the 2022 Democrat mid-year election effort.

Key mRNA contributor Dr. Robert Malone, a prominent skeptic of mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations, gave an interview to popular podcaster Joe Rogan—days after Malone was suspended from Twitter—during which he suggested the United States is in the midst of a “mass formation psychosis.”
“Our government is out of control on this,” Malone said about vaccine mandates in the interview, which was published over the weekend. “And they are lawless. They completely disregard bioethics. They completely disregard the federal common-rule. They have broken all the rules that I know of, that I’ve been trained [in] for years and years and years.”

mRNA inventor Dr. Robert Malone gave a fascinating interview to Joe Rogan which aired on New Year's Eve.
If you've got three hours to spare, we recommend you watch the entire thing (cliffs notes here):(Video)Malone, an expert in mRNA vaccine technologies who trained at UC Davis, UCSD and the Salk Institute, was suspended by Twitter with no explanation on Thursday. It appears he's preparing to sue, as Alex Berenson is currently doing. (Tweets) The suspension came after Malone was vilified by a hit piece in The Atlantic which was funded by Facebook and Johnson & Johnson.

Joe Rogan’s much-anticipated podcast interview with Dr. Robert Malone, the Inventor of mRNA vaccine technology, dropped on Friday – and sure enough, it did not disappoint.
Dr. Malone has been speaking out against the public health bureaucracy’s Covid-19 response and the experimental vaccines for months, proving himself to be one of the most reliable sources of factual information throughout the pandemic.
(Snip) Dr. Malone dropped bombshell after bombshell on the corrupt establishment – From public officials covering up known early treatments – to serious conflicts of interest between the medical elites and those who are supposedly holding them accountable – all the way up to federal cash bribes to healthcare facilities

The United States' oldest annual folk parade had a woke makeover this year aimed at weeding out costumes deemed racist and transphobic.
Philadelphia's annual Mummers Parade - due to be held on Sunday - created a 'human relations commission' to approve outfits after prior years saw white revelers don blackface in 2020, and one man dress as Caitlyn Jenner in 2016, shortly after she announced she was transgender.
Shira Goodman, of the Anti-Defamation League, backed the parade's politically-correct makeover, telling CNN: 'There's a troubling history there.'
Kevin Lessard, who is the director of communications for the Mayor of Philadelphia, says marshals will be keeping a close eye on outfits this year.

The Supreme Court is preparing for arguments on January 7th in three cases looking at the legality of the vaccine mandate issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Courts have split on what White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain admits was a “workaround” of the limits on the President’s authority. Lower courts, however, are still adding potential mandate cases for expedited consideration. On New Year’s Eve, Judge James “Wesley” Hendrix of the U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas enjoined the mandate issued under the Head Start programs by the Biden administration. The opinion follows the same general analysis as many of the prior cases in finding

Public-health messaging from the beginning of this pandemic has had very little to say about immunity acquired following infection. But for most people, it is a real and pressing concern, and not only because of the vaccine mandates that have little or no regard for it. People want to know whether once recovered they can be confident of not getting it again.
Must everyone live in fear forever or is there a basis for the recovered to live with confidence?
We have looked at the published evidence and can conclude based on the existing body of evidence, that reinfections are very rare, if at all and based on typically a few instances

Hong Kong pro-democracy news outlet Stand News was forced to shut down on Wednesday following a police raid and the arrest of several staff members on suspicion of “seditious publication” offenses. The move comes amid a crackdown on press freedoms by communist Chinese authorities.
According to Hong Kong Free Press, “[O]ver 200 national security police officers were deployed to raid the Kwun Tong offices of the non-profit online outlet in the early hours of Wednesday,” with authorities arresting seven people linked to the outlet “on suspicion of breaching the colonial-era Crimes Ordinance by conspiring to publish seditious publications.”

ABC’s “The View” is having a hard time finding a new conservative co-host. The ones who’ve auditioned either are liberals masquerading as conservatives on air, or have proven they’re too much smarter than the incumbent panelists. Five months after co-star Meghan McCain left the show, the hosts can’t experience the latter again.
“At the same time,” Politico Playbook reported Monday, the new host “can’t be seen as too chummy with the other co-hosts, as the network’s market-research shows that the audience wants to see the women spar.”

Humans are believing machines. It is the instinct of most people to accept what they hear without proof, as long as it comes from a source of authority or trust. If a friend tells you about a new restaurant, you just accept his opinion, even if you do not share his tastes in food. If the government tells you to eat less fat, you are inclined to believe it, even if you know that fat is good for you and carbohydrates will make you fat.
This willingness to accept things without proof from trusted sources is one of modern man’s oldest traits, probably coevolving with language. It makes sense that language

I found this to be a very interesting analysis of where the SCOTUS could be going. A highly recommended read, not for drivebys.
