Former Hawaii Congresswoman and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard has never been one to shy away from wading into hot button topics and angering “her side” in the process, and the Kyle Rittenhouse case has been no exception.
As we’ve previously reported, the prosecution in the closely-watched trial has done themselves zero favors over the last few days, suffering serious setbacks such as Judge Bruce Schroeder repeatedly admonishing them over their courtroom antics, with inarguably the biggest setback being that one of the prosecution’s star witnesses admitted on the stand that Rittenhouse only shot at him
There is no way she's a Democrat. I like her!

I remember in 2020 agreeing with a friend that she was the only sane candidate in the 24-person democratic primary clown car. Obviously she was and still is an outlier. Tulsi, please switch to the GOP.
Your fellow veteran.

Just goes to show you how dumb the dems are. They had her for the asking but chose K Harris instead. Hope she moves from Hawaii to a state where she can run as a moderate Republican.Wyoming comes to my mind.

Well, according to the recent Pew Research - The Political Typology, she does not fit into today's democrat party which is why she didn't have a prayer of becoming POTUS.
But then both parties have outsized influence from the far-right and far-left spectrum's out of the General Public.
The democrats have 19% considering themselves Establishment Liberals or Progressive Left compared to 35% of those who say they are Dem/Lean Dem
The Republicans have 17% identifying as Faith and Flag Conservative or Committed Conservative compared to 38% who say they are Rep/Lean Rep
The biggest difference, the democrat left wants big government to solve problems, and they don't have many that will stay home, or not vote out of "protest", or any other reason. They can be counted on to turnout.
If GOP could get everyone out to vote and keep voting to show they can be counted on, I doubt democrats could win many offices except those that were so gerrymandered.

If SHE had been the Dem nominee, likely she would have beat Trump(Knowing what we know now), The dems looked for a "Moderate Figurehead" to mask their Radical Left Tilt which internal polling showed was turning OFF the electorate, they settled on Biden because he was a "Known Band Name". The public's response to that very same "Radical Left Tilt" is now becoming obvious, even to them...
She is not "Right wing" or even "Moderate", she is merely "Normal", IE: Sane.
She won't hop to an "R" designation, but might do well flipping to "Independent"

She's smart, with common sense, and nice looking. She's totally out of place in the democrat party.

Every politician has a schtick. Fall in love with the schtick at your own peril. I can remember when Dubya was the "Greatest Ever", McCain a "Hero", and Romney a "true conservative" in these precincts. And then there was "Mad Dog", "T-Rex", Jeff Sessions, "Stache" Bolton, and Seb Gorka...add your own to the list...

Y'all might want to investigate some of her other positions before asking another rino (demo-commie in sheep's clothing) to the party.

I never viewed her as a demoslut. I think she became one simply because running as a Republican, she would never have been elected.

A wise LDotter once stated, “There’s no fool like an old fool.” Something to remember as people slobber all over Tulsi during her political media makeover.

I can tell she's not really a democrat just by looking at her.

She still holds a lot of political positions that I cannot support, ever.
But way more reasonable than 90% of Dems.

Yes #7, its so true. Once we understand that, a lot of things make sense. She does this like Manchin to enjoy all the press attention for being all “mavericky.” Next up, raising money for her POTUS run. She won’t get anywhere but who cares? You get a paycheck anyway while you run for another job and you get to keep all that money for your campaign war chest. We are so
used by these people.

Oh.... she's a Democrat. She just hasn't lost her mind. She's an old school democrat. We may disagree with how she wants to get things done. But she and we largely want the same results.

Enough of the charade, Tulsi. There's no way you're a real Democrat, you've got too much common sense. Come join the GOP, it's time.
