Garland Once Again Proves He Is the Sleaziest

As I begin this article, I find myself in the unique position of not only being repulsed by the Merrick Garland topic I’m about to write about but also by Biden’s Attorney General live — he is spewing his faux dramatic crap on the TV right next to me as I write. Bottom line: Merrick Garland has to look up at sleazy.Garland is testifying at a House Judiciary Committee hearing Thursday — again, as I write — dedicated to the oversight of the Justice Department at a time when the agency is in the middle of several high-profile cases and controversies, which is somewhat unique in the following respect:

And everyone thought Eric the Red was a sleazoid. Compared to Commissar Garland, he was the mark of integrity. Garland should have been disbarred years ago for his gutter ethics and complete disdain for the rule of law.

What strikes me as odd is that Garland applies a heavy hand to parents at a school board meeting in Loudon County, Virginia, as if nobody at a much lower level of government had any jurisdiction over the matter. Yet hundreds of Trump protestors are rotting in FEDERAL prisons--and many in Washington, DC to boot--no "insurrection" charges have been filed, many of these protestors still have NO charges filed, and yet he says someone else has jurisdiction over the matter. We are officially a banana republic. God help us!!

During my 30 plus years as an arbitrator, I heard the testimony of thousands of witnesses, and had to judge credibility of each of them. I would place Garland near the bottom of those witnesses. He was evasive, shifty eyed, not to be believed. I cannot imagine why Barack Obola would nominate the little fellow for a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. As bad as Barack's two other nominees were, Garland is magnitudes worse.

Garland played the “righteous indignation” and (implicitly) the “do you know who I am?” cards. He was a terrible witness and the Republicans creamed him. The Dem clowns - the usual suspects from Nadler through Jamie Raskin, that Cohen creep, Ciccilini, Maureen Dean, Jackson Lee, etc. - didn’t help him a bit. Just shouted and postured. I was expecting him to go Sgt. Schultz “I know nuh-thing…” at any moment…. He can only be AG until after 2024 election, if he lasts that long. On the Supreme Court, he’d have been there for life. And although he looks sort of sickly, he’s only 68… Puny litle guy with visage and attitude of an Angry Bird - remember them?

Let’s start with the creepiness and the incoherence. Here’s Joe Biden claiming that top corporations “don’t pay a cent” in taxes with that creepy stage whisper voice.
