With about a third of adults in the U.S. still completely unvaccinated, and cases of COVID-19 on the rise, the U.S. Surgeon General is calling for a war against "health misinformation."
On Thursday, Dr. Vivek Murthy is releasing the first Surgeon General's advisory of his time serving in the Biden administration, describing the "urgent threat" posed by the rise of false information around COVID-19 — one that continues to put "lives at risk" and prolong the pandemic.
Murthy says Americans must do their part to fight misinformation.
"COVID has really brought into sharp focus the full extent of damage that health misinformation is doing," Murthy told NPR in an exclusive interview

Yeah right about the same time the election audit is proving fraud. No connection, there.

What information is the Honorable Surgeon General privy to about the long range effects of the Covid Vaccines, the new and previously untried mRNA versions in particular, that no one else has, not even the pharma companies developing them. Fra from being vaccines the mRNA versions actually interferes with the the RNA of the body's immune system to deal specifically with the Covid virus. What are the implications of that for future viruses and are there any genetic effects for future generations..

He should hurry his dire warnings over to the FDA. They have yet to approve ANY of the invasive pollutants that may have immediate and long term side effects.

How about identifying the "...dozen major spreaders of vaccine misinformation...." Statista? It's an international site that has the clearest summary of actual deaths by age, information I've yet to see on the CDC page.

How about combating some of these "myths" with some proof? Maybe because there's not any. And won't be for many years. "...but Murthy says fear about possible side effects or extremely rare adverse events are also a powerful driver of vaccine hesitancy." This is no myth. These side effects and adverse events (including death!) have actually happened, however rare.
I'm sure the good doctor would consider this post misinformation so please make up your own mind, no doubt you're fully capable of doing so.

Ruling class elites have dispatched brown shirts door to door to check on vaccine compliance. And the democrat goon squad announced plans to spy on text messages to stop vaccine “misinformation.” The spying on text messages is particularly troubling because no reasonable person believes the surveillance is to be limited to vaccine “misinformation.” Where is Republican leadership on this frightening crackdown? I have heard nothing. Sarcasm, Republican leadership, sarcasm.

I tip my hat to the rest of you who have avoided receiving this non-vaccine, despite the use of every ridiculous carrot and stick imaginable. I was almost persuaded by the TikTok star paraded out with Jen Psucki.

Maybe we'll reconsider the shots when they start describing side effects on all their COVID vaccine commercials like all other drugs are required to provide.

When new case numbers were at this same level a little over a year ago hospitalizations and deaths ranged from 4 to 8 times higher than they are now.
We have protected the vulnerable, developed effective treatments, and most people (via natural infection or vaccine) are immune.
In other words, we have won. We have beaten Covid. Another huge win for Western Civilization.
I know that is not politically convenient for Democrat tyrants however. Rule by fear and rule by threat is their preference.

Well, no duh! Before the election Dementia Joe and Kamalasutra ran around bad-mouthing and sowing seeds of doubt against Trump's vaccine plan. I guess they succeeded in convincing about 35% of the country to not get the vaccine and are now reaping what they sowed. The morons only have themselves to blame.

People are getting Covid, after being vaccinated, because the vaccine gave them Covid, which they would otherwise not have gotten. The vaccines cause changes in your blood capillaries, small blood clotting, that over time will develop into heart disease. Pregnant women were excluded from all tests of this vaccine. The reason is they should never take this vaccine. I fear anyone that has taken this vaccine has been had.

FTA: "On social media we need a 'Surgeon general's warning: misinformation kills.'
How about, 'Surgeon general's warning: mRNA Vaccine kills.' Like tobacco, we know it is a fact. Oddly, COVID mortality rates are lower in smokers. Strange, isn't it?
'Citizens general warning: politicized government medicine kills'

These folks would be more credible if they also mentioned how you can protect your immune system naturally and that there are treatments that they are withholding that can be used. No, they just want to push this junk shot which they have no idea of the short and long time effects. Anyway, the vaccine hasn't been available for one year and how many other variants have been spawned? So now you need not two but three shots of the stuff and next month will they add another? The drug companies are sitting around gleefully counting their money while the public guinea pigs are being terrorized.

He might want to start with the CDC and Fauci. Both have contributed greatly to the mistrust many people have for government edicts especially as they've suppressed information about successful treatments, and adverse effects of "vaccines."

The fact that all the wrong people are pushing the vax so hard is great evidence that the vax is bad news.
Heck, they could be not lying this time. But they lie so much and for such predictable reasons.

Tidy Left-leaning narrative. Were the threat of the unvaccinated truly the concern, the borders would tighten and those entering would be screened and quarantined against a new surge in the virus. That isn't happening, so they're shining us on yet again. I'm inclined to agree with #1 - that this is a Wag The Dog style distraction to justify the mainstream media's lack of coverage of the Left-damning election audit results.

We’re not stupid. We can see with our own eyes the realities of Covid-19, and all it’s reincarnations, in our lives and the lives of others. The government is hysterical because we are leaning to our own knowledge and experience, instead of falling for the propaganda. It seems that the more evidence that comes out about these vaccines, the harder the government pushes in the opposite direction. Critical thinkers must ask themselves why.

Once again we must take the vaccine because… because, because you have to. Absolutely never do they express why a healthy, non risk group individual with less than 1% risk needs to have the vaccine that is still not fully tested. My body, my choice and if I choose poorly, just like a total diet of junk food and alchohol which in their economy is a non risk group, they can keep their hands out of my free American life.

What misinformation? Be specific. If you don't tell people what specific misinformation they are receiving how do they know it is in fact misinformation? Just give a couple of examples with concrete proof that it is misinformation! Just coming out saying there's misinformation out there is stupid, hell yes there is misinformation coming from both the people for vaccination and against vaccination and from people who believe covid is deadly and those that think its a cold.

Ya see? There are too many fingers in the soup. Not a cohesive plan any where any time. There are sooo many "experts" giving their opinions/warnings about covid-19. Then 50 more come along with 50 more opinions. We are supposed to believe "WHAT?" Surbachie faoucie said the people who live in red states and the south are the people who are causing all the vax problems. There they go again. It seems to me that in ANY case, we the people have a right TO KNOW what is going on. A place or person we can trust for a good scientific answer. Not 50+ subscribed idiots who know NOTHING but yet give an opinion which is wrong. Urgent threat? Esplain that one NPR! Get real.

Here we go again! Vacinations don't seem to be the answer since people are getting the illness ater they have had the shot which doesn't protect for the variants. So they will be more and more shots, paid for by the taxpayers while treatment and preventative measures are ignored
