Republican lawmakers have slammed the dismissal of Lt Col. Matthew Lohmeier who was fired as a Space Force commander for saying critical race theory is 'rooted in Marxism'.Lohmeier was dismissed from his role as a commander of 11th Space Warning Squadron at Buckley Air Force Base Colorado last Friday over critical comments he made 'fundamentally incompatible and competing narratives' within the military ranks.Congressman Dan Crenshaw of Texas, a former Navy Seal who lost an eye in combat in Afghanistan, condemned Lohmeier's removal. 'We need to be preparing our warriors to fight and win battles, not how to be (social justice warriors),' he wrote.

Republicans a day late and dollar short again. 0bama was getting rid of conservatives when he was in office starting in 2009 and it was never reversed, only slowed temporarily while President Trump was in office even as hard as he worked to correct things. Clinton didn't help a heck of a lot back in the last century either. The GOP is already catching on?

President Trump should have purged all of Obama's people on day one when he took office. If he did, he would probably be our president today.

It really appears the Lt Gen Whiting should be cashiered for his wholly incompetent actions which border on treason. without Obama and the wholesale eviceration of our General Officer corps, the military might actually be non-partisan and a real force for America... Soros wins again.

The question is if Republicans take back the House and Senate, will they do anything to reverse the obvious purges taking place? My guess is they will not, so this "I'll take on this one" and "condemnation" just doesn't work for me. It's lame.

They didn't like his new book on how the military leaders are spreading the Marxist philosophy throughout the military.

Can anyone imagine for a minute if blacks were hit with a Critical Race Theory that they were guilty of using race against whites ? The brown nasty stuff would hit the fan.

FTA: ''Members of the military are allowed to express their personal opinions when not in uniform but are prohibited from 'partisan political activity''
Not everything is a political issue. Some things are work or community related.
When I was in the military, ''partisan political activity'' meant campaigning, in any way, for a politician or for legislation in public. We were allowed to have opinions and express them to each other- especially how our mission would be affected. Political issues are a factor in accomplishing a mission, and must be taken into consideration.

Great idea, #3, and this used to be the standard procedure. All the other party's folks out and your party's folks in. But in the late 1800s Congress passed the Civil Service Act, and the professional bureaucrats have been taking over and running the government ever since, safe from being fired. It is darned near entirely impossible to fire a civil service person, no matter how incompetent, or crooked they are.
And now, 80-90% are extreme leftists, and only hire more extreme leftists.
And the laugh at the elected folks, and continue to largely run things the way THEY want to, regardless of who is in office.

He was dismissed because his comments were deemed to be 'partisan political activity'. So opposing CRT is partisan and therefore not allowed but teaching CRT is acceptable?
