A federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that there is no right to carry a gun in public. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a 7-4 ruling rejected a challenge to Hawaii’s requirement that residents must pass an application to have weapons outside the home. Hawaii’s law requires residents to show an urgency or need to carry a firearm, the applicant must have good character, and be “engaged in the protection of life and property.”(Snip) “We can find no general right to carry arms into the public square for self-defense,” the majority wrote, claiming that the Second Amendment applies to

The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday will hear oral argument in Caniglia v. Strom, a case that could have sweeping consequences for policing, due process, and mental health, with the Biden Administration and attorneys general from nine states urging the High Court to uphold warrantless gun confiscation. But what would ultimately become a major Fourth Amendment case began with an elderly couple’s spat over a coffee mug. In August 2015, 68-year-old Edward Caniglia joked to Kim, his wife of 22 years, that he didn’t use a certain coffee mug after his brother-in-law had used it because he “might catch a case of dishonesty.” That quip quickly spiraled

President Joe Biden put Kamala Harris in charge of resolving a surge in migration on the U.S. southern border that’s overwhelming federal immigration authorities, handing the vice president the first major assignment of her tenure. Biden announced Harris’s assignment on Wednesday, with both Democrats and Republicans in Congress warning of a burgeoning humanitarian crisis as growing numbers of migrant children try to enter the U.S. “I can think of nobody who’s better qualified to do this,” Biden said at the White House. “When she speaks, she speaks for me.” It’s the first issue that Biden has publicly asked Harris to

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The mayor of Oakland, California, on Tuesday announced a privately funded program that will give low-income families of color $500 per month with no rules on how they can spend it. The program is the latest experiment with a “guaranteed income,” an idea that giving poor people a set amount of money each month helps ease the stresses of poverty that often lead to poor health while hindering their ability to find full-time work. The idea isn’t new, but it’s having a revival across the U.S. after some mayors launched small, temporary programs across the country in

What, exactly, are the taxpayers paying in the highly politicized and loaded-for-money wokester FBI these days?
The recent mass-shooting out of Colorado, from a murder-spewing freak they knew about, would suggest nothing. While they were out there busy looking for 'white supremacists' this admitted refugee from Syria was making plans to kill.
And he's not the first. (snip) the politicization of the bureau seems to be going hand in hand with the increased money and personnel being larded onto the bureau.
The FBI's annual budget as of 2020 stands at more than $9.3 billion, with 35,500 personnel

Democratic Rep. Veronica Escobar blasted Texas Gov. Greg Abbott for saying Joe Biden's immigration policy is bringing the coronavirus into the U.S.
During Monday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “The ReidOut,” Escobar said Abbott is engaging in an “old, racist trope” that is “really dangerous.”
She went on to say that such remarks could pawn violence like the 2019 mass shooting in El Paso. [SNIP] "The idea of immigrants bringing disease, that is an old, racist trope intended to inspire fear and hatred," she said.

Barack Obama has been labeled 'a racial arsonist' by Tucker Carlson, with the Fox News host accusing the former president of emerging only to foment societal tension.
Carlson on Tuesday night used his opening monologue to discuss responses to Monday's shooting in Boulder, Colorado, which killed 10 people. Carlson said that the former president 'took a break from becoming one of the richest men in the world' to weigh in. Obama issued a statement on Tuesday arguing that 'disaffection, racism and misogyny' help fuel mass shootings, and calling for tougher gun control laws. 'More than any other contemporary American leader, Barack Obama is a racial arsonist,' said Carlson.

The following ten people perished in the recent shooting in Boulder, Colorado carried out by Ahmad Al-Issa. All of them appear to be white, but neither the media nor politicians have bothered to resurrect their anti-race-hate campaign that ensues when Black Lives Matter riot, or when Asians are murdered in Atlanta. The victims include grocery store workers, local college graduates, medicare agents, a police officer, and an Orthodox Christian. Today, The National Pulse calls on the political left and their media counterparts to stop the racial hatred they continue to perpetuate against white people, which doubtlessly led to these murders in Colorado.

Amazon is telling its delivery drivers to sign a consent form that allows the company to track them based on biometric data as "a condition of delivering Amazon packages," Motherboard's Lauren Kaori Gurley reported on Tuesday. Thousands of drivers across the US must sign the "biometric consent" paperwork this week, and if they don't they'll lose their jobs, according to Motherboard. The form, which was viewed by the outlet and published in the report, states that Amazon would be allowed to use "on-board safety camera technology which collects your photograph for the purposes of confirming your identity and connecting you

More of the usual devilry from the ACLU. And yet, even with the $300,000 (minus the all-important attorneys' fees), she will never be a man. May as well target the town next; a place named Coon Rapids in 2021? Come on, man! Line up the victims howling in pain about this terrible insult.
