A crowdfunding effort for the ex-Marine charged with second-degree manslaughter over the death of a homeless schizophrenic on a New York City subway has soared past $1million.
The fund, set up by Daniel Penny's attorneys, says it will be used to pay for 24-year-old Long Island native's legal fees and for 'any future civil lawsuits that may arise, as well as expenses related to his defense.'
The fundraising platform being used is named GiveSendGo which until now was better known for being used by those charged with participating in the January 6th Capitol riot and by supporters of Kyle Rittenhouse.

The Left wants Jordan Neely to be George Floyd part 2 and Daniel Penny to be Derek Chauvin. I wonder if the men who assisted in holding Neely down will also be swept up in the maelstrom.

People are getting tired of being cowed by the wokesters and their set of values. I suspect there are more of us than there are of them,

After Governor Horseface shot her big mouth off about how much she cares about the homeless, here is the solution; they can bus them all to the Governor's mansion for her to care for them. Her security detail can be de-funded and the savings could be used to provide lunchables and juice packs for her to hand out.
However, in this past incident if the races had been reversed and the Marine had been black and the psycho drug addict had been white, you would not have heard so much as a neigh or whinny from Horseface Hochul. So, she only wants the black homeless crazy drug-addicts.

No mention of a go fund me for Neely. Wouldn’t you think all of those people who “care about him so much” would donate so his lawyer can get a few million before the family does. Oh, I guess they’re counting on same ones who took care of George Floyd’s family.

Since the perp was breathing when the Marine and the two other men put the perp in a recovery position, how can he have choked and killed the perp? The marine's lawyers need to have their own out-of-town experts do their own toxicology lab work and sit in on the autopsy. This is another reason to stay out of NYC, as well as the state.

The man did exactly the right thing. Bragg is probably going to drop this case, too.
He couldn't get even a NY jury to convict this guy.

NY types are getting tired of getting mugged on the subway, while their political leaders travel around in limos with bodyguards.

I urge everyone to contribute to the legal defense fund for former USMC Sergeant Daniel Penny. Mr. Penny acted very courageously and coolly to defend his fellow passengers and himself recently from a deranged homeless person on an F-Train on the NYC subway system.
I have already made my financial contribution to Sergeant Perry’s legal defense fund. And, I’m
delighted to report that over $1,600.000 has been raised so far in support of Sergeant Penny.
By financially supporting Sergeant Daniel Penny, we can all give the insufferable President Joe Biden, the repulsive NY Governor Kathy Hochul and that longtime racial arsonist and all-round rabble-rouser, the Reverend Al Sharpton, a collective “up yours,” in the nicest possible way.

Update as of 6:50 PM: Former USMC Sergeant Daniel Penny’s legal defense fund has now passed the $2,000,000.00 mark.
Rock musician Kid Rock has donated $5,000.00 to Sergeant Penny’s defense fund.
PS I wonder if President Joe Biden and First Lady, Dr. Jill Biden, will travel from Washington to attend Jordan Neely’s funeral service? No doubt, if he attends, the president will be moved to tears by the Rev. Al Sharpton’s heartfelt and eloquent eulogy for the late homeless man.
