CNN's top talents slammed the top boss of the network's parent company over the ousting of president Jeff Zucker during an explosive meeting Wednesday.Anchor Jake Tapper demanded WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar address the 'perception' that Zucker lost his job by refusing to pay 'terrorist' Chris Cuomo the $18million remaining on his contract.'The perception that Chris Cuomo gets fired by CNN. Chris Cuomo hires a high-powered lawyer who has a scorched-earth policy, who then makes it very clear to the world that unless Jeff gives Chris Cuomo his money, they're going to blow the place up,'

Tapper and Acosta are free to resign in solidarity with Zucker. CNN can then start with a clean slate. Lo e how cry baby Acosta is worried about the "core values " devolving into FOX lite. Oh, the horrors!

Zucker turned CNN into a democrat house organ. The talking heads willingly, and thoughtlessly, went along with it. And now their big man, and protector, is gone. They’re all squirming now. Where will the talking heads go now? They are definitely not journalists. Who will have them?

#6, Zucker didn’t do it. Ted Turner did it. CNN’s left wing anti-American bias was there way back in 1991 when they were covering the first Gulf War. It wasn’t as noticeable because, at the time, it was the only cable news channel, but if you watched and listened closely, it was there.

It's very nice that they all hate Cuomo. It's great that Cuomo is getting revenge against his "colleagues". Liberal infighting is always very entertaining.
It's great that Zucker is gone in a blaze of embarrassment over his long term affair.
It's very amusing to see all the highly excitable "talent" in such a dither.
The pictures of Gollust in the article were shocking. This woman is near 50, a high level executive, and is dressed like a teenager. It's not very professional. She may not have been fired but I would be astonished if she is around for very long.
Best of all, CNN has been in the toilet for a while and it seems like someone just flushed the whole bunch of turds.

A relationship between two single adults with similar power and authority is a scandal? No, this is a fake scandal concocted because Zucker wanted out. The ratings had gone to nothing, he wanted an exit, and this gave him one. He could leave without having to ask answer any questions. It was a brilliant move. No doubt his bosses were happy to have an excuse to be rid of him since his formula wasn't working any more and he apparently could not come up with a better one. Certainly not with the idiots he's got for talent.

Don't worry, Acosta can be an occasional on the street reporter for the Young Turks. Of course he will have to do it for free, but he gets exposure, so it will be a pretty good deal after he is deservedly forgotten by even blue wave types.
What a beautiful implosion. Congrats to AT&T for finding the fools at discovery who have to be the dumbest suits in the world. They are literally paying billions for cancer. All of it is one of the better examples of how neocommunists take a good idea of 24/7 news coverage and pervert it into repulsive leftist propaganda.

The CNN fake news, hate, and lies is over, and the careers of all the participants is turning downward. ATT, former smut dealers of CNN, have spun it off to new Discovery, retaining an interest. There is talk of CNN returning to news really. We will see if they do. I doubt that will happen, certainly not completely. Actually, I have little hope of anything good from the country coming from any of these people.

Their "stars" are clueless and lack the talent to run a puppet show. Becoming "Fox News Lite" (not light) would raise their ratings tenfold. I would think that Don Lemon is worried because his job prospects elsewhere in the media would be slim. Not to help him out but black, gay and stupid is all the rage in Washington these days.

Something is very, very wrong and rotten at CNN. The Zucker scandal pales in comparison with the arrests of two pedophile producers. Imagine a company that has TWO high level staff members accused of and arrested for sexual trafficking and abuse of children. In the real world, the FBI would be scouring the place. How convenient that scandal has been completely erased by the Zucker affair. Then you have Fredo's corrupt involvement advising his brother, the Luv Guv, then lying about it and getting caught in his lies. Add to that Chris Cuomo's own sexual misconduct allegations, and those of his best bud, Don Lemon. What the heck is going on in that place?
If the CNN Board of Directors and the merging company, Discovery, were serious about trying to salvage this corrupt mess, they would clean house and jettison everyone in it. Accosta, and all of the other fake journalists would be sent packing and a solid, reputable and professional news organization would be built. We can only hope that is what happens.

More than a gut feeling that the new owners instigated this flap, and then sat back and watched as these not-very-bright children kvetched about their lives. The result is all good. We are watching the turning of the hard communist tide at cnn. The communists, zucker, cuomo and many still to come, don't have real experience in playing the corporate games. Maybe zucker did, but his options were limited due to knowingly violating his employment agreement. All good. All fun. Plenty of popcorn.

This rabble of talentless freaks may think they're ‘stars’ but what they actually are is employees. The CEO does not have to accept their demands, consult other executives, or care about their feelings. They are all free to follow Zucker out the door. The truth is that this network is tanking. That means loss of advertising and loss of profits. Bottom line. Who Zucker was sleeping with is irrelevant and the people who believe it was about that are beyond clueless.

I remember the First Gulf War and Christine Amanpour reporting and I was impressed that CNN was there and giving us info that no other media outlet seemed capable of reporting.
Seems like a century ago. Maybe more.
Acosta and Stelter and Cuomo and all the other demented DNC operatives destroyed whatever credibility CNN had when Zucker decided to go to war with President Trump and supported all the lies about 'Russian collusion" and the idiotic impeachment hearings and then ignoring/downplaying riots, mayhem and murder in the streets of our cities just to try to tip the 2020 election to Dead-from-the-neck-up Joe Biden. Then totally covering up Hunter Biden who. if he were Trumps' son, would be splayed across every tv set every evening 'til his father was drummed out of office. Scum, all of them. No journalism there, just leftist propaganda!
