LOS ANGELES, California—Governor Gavin Newsom professed shock and outrage as he visited the site of mass looting of cargo trains in L.A. on Thursday, helping clean up debris and touting his recent plan to help law enforcement fight theft. (Photo) “I’m asking myself, what the hell is going on? We look like a third-world country,” Newsom said, before apologizing for using the word “gangs” to describe the attacks on the trains, stressing that he did not mean the word in a “pejorative” way.

On Thursday The Gateway Pundit revealed Democrats and leftists have fought ferociously to prevent the cleanup of State voter registration rolls. Recognizing a potential niche, left-wing activists created ERIC to clean voter rolls their way, using their rules. So in 2012 the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) was formed as a membership organization primarily for blue States. ERIC is essentially a left wing voter registration drive disguised as voter roll clean up. But it’s been gaining traction in Red States too. Originally funded by the Soros Open Society, it is now responsible for cleaning the voter rolls in 31 States, plus D.C.

In these times of vitriol, when you either take a stand for what is right or become one of the sheep, invariably you are going to lose “friends.” But maybe they weren’t really friends to start with.Certainly, President Trump doesn’t worry about lost friendships when he challenges Uni-Party idiocy. Nor do the MAGA Republicans that have kept their spine after entering Congress. Patriotic Americans who believe in Judeo-Christian values can’t worry about hurt feelings when pushing back at insane totalitarian groupthink.

Republican Governor Glenn Younkin might finally be at the helm of the previously screwed-up, Virginia ship of state, but at least one public high school is openly defying one of the new governor’s executive orders by “asking” high school students to play a sick game called “privilege bingo.” Shocked? Me, neither. As reported by The Federalist, Oakton High School, which is part of Fairfax County Public Schools, pretty much demanded that students participate in the “game,” which singles out kids based on characteristics of their race and family life — “privileges,” as it were — in defiance of Youngkin’s order banning “inherently divisive concepts” from Virginia’s public education curriculums.

The US has warned of a 'united, swift and severe' response if Putin invades Ukraine as Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived for talks with his Russian counterpart in Switzerland today. Blinken, arriving at the Geneva hotel where the crunch talks are now taking place, said Washington is 'committed to a path of diplomacy' for resolving border tensions between Russian and its ex-Soviet neighbour. But he added that America stands ready with a 'united, swift and severe' response if Moscow invades. 'This is a critical moment,' he said. Both sides said they are not expecting a 'breakthrough' today,

We think she’s responded very well,” he continued.“She’s still got more stuff to do, but that’s a big milestone because it’s nasty stuff when they’re doing that.

Democrats accused Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of racism for remarks he made about black Americans voting at just as high a percentage as 'Americans' after their voting rights package failed to make it through the Senate. The Kentucky Republican was asked by a reporter what his message is to voters of color who are 'concerned' that they won't be able to vote in the midterm election. 'Well, the concern is misplaced because you if you look at the statistics, African-American voters are voting in just as high a percentage as Americans,' McConnell said in response.

Former President Trump denied President Joe Biden’s assertion that he is intimidating the GOP and scoffed at the claim that five Republicans agree with the president but fear Trump could cost them being elected in primaries if they oppose him.Trump told Fox News during an interview Wednesday evening that he did not intimidate the GOP and that “The party loves me and I love the party.”During Biden’s widely panned 2-hour-long dumpster fire press conference on Wednesday, the president insinuated that Trump, without mentioning him by name, was intimidating Republicans and keeping them from voting for his agenda.

It’s not an accident that corporate media are trying to pit former President Donald Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis against each other. Among Republicans, the former president and current governor of Florida are popular for their policies and willingness to fight the media. That means they’re a threat to the establishment. But as clever as the media figures running the operation apparently thought they were, neither of the top Republicans took the bait, understanding that it only serves their political opponents’ interest to have them squabbling.Still, it was interesting to see it go down. When Trump made an off-hand remark about politicians who wouldn’t say whether they got the booster

The House Select Committee established to probe the Capitol riot is not interested in probing the Capitol riot.According to a Federalist analysis of the 84 subpoenas publicly issued by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Select Committee on Jan. 6, only 8 have targeted individuals or groups with any connection to the Capitol riot. The rest have taken aim at former government officials and private citizens in a smear campaign for exercising their constitutional right to protest. The 84 subpoenas do not include the more than 100 seeking the telephone records of individuals whose identities remain under seal, both from the public and from those whose privacy the committee seeks to violate.

Two years ago, how many people would have predicted that tennis's number one ranked player would be banned from competing in Australia and France for refusing to allow their governments to decide what is injected into his body? How many people would have predicted the construction of internment camps to house citizens who similarly refuse to comply? How many would have predicted that national leaders of "democratic" countries would demand censorship of dissenting points of view? How many would have predicted that tech and media companies would eagerly jump at those calls for censorship by actively deleting from the public square any voices contrary to

It’s a day since President Joe Biden’s press conference marking the first anniversary of his swearing-in, and I remain in the same state of horrified and stunned disbelief I experienced while watching it.I’ve always wondered what it would be like to see the behavior of an actual human being, as opposed to a character in a spy movie, who’d been given a shot of sodium pentothal. That’s what Biden was like at the press conference. Everything he said he probably shouldn’t have said, but he just couldn’t help himself. It was his Internal Monologue Made Exterior, and it was terrifying.
