As 2022 approaches, Democrats are privately and publicly expressing their frustration with two of their U.S. Senators who continue to back crucial legislation from passing. Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) recently wrecked President Biden’s hopes of destroying federal election integrity laws by not supporting HR1 or ending the Senate filibuster. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) just crushed Biden’s hope of getting his Build Back Better (BBB) massive spending bill passed. Biden has been pushing to radically federalize elections, in spite of the Constitution.

It is unusual for Democrats not to vote as they are told. The hand wringing is not only hilarious to watch, it is a gift from God.

It is frightening that the dems want to enact unconstitutional laws to achieve their takeover of the United States. The seldom invoked 10th Amendment (can someone say Bill of Rights?) clearly leaves election laws exclusively to the jurisdiction of the states.

As far as I am concerned these other Democrats are making themselves look bad.
Why haven't the rest of them seen the error of their ways?

The dems want to win so they can strengthen the democrat party, not the people. They can't win unless they change rules and have the ability to control the elections, and be able to be in the position of counting the votes. All their election activity is to put them between the voter and the ballot box. They have to cheat to win. The democrat party is a cancer on this country.

Federalizing the elections is a direct violation of both the US Constitution and that of the states.
It can only be done by an amendment to the US Constitution--which requires 2/3 approval from both Houses of Congress, and which the Democrats don't have.
If Congress passes this, it will be challenged in the Supreme Court. It will be amusing to hear Chief Justice Roberts' decision, affirming this unconstitutional law, when it unequivocally is in direct violation of the Constitution.
The Democrats aren't stupid; they can read. They KNOW this law requires a constitutional amendment. But they are counting on the LeftMedia to ignore that fact, and to support them. And they KNOW that, after ObamaCare, they OWN Chief Justice Roberts.

HR1 is the definition of election fraud. It is unconstitutional and exactly what they used to steal the 2020 election. They are trying to make election fraud legal.

All they can do now is try to pivot back to the J6 committee of hooligans who continue to be Amerika's national joke.

I don't understand what was thought process was infecting federal and state legislatures during the 1910 -1920 timeframe but that is the period which has led us to so many of our current issues - Income taxes, Federal Reserve, election of Senators...and perhaps including universal s
The state legislatures of that era relenquished much of their powers allowing the feds to incrementally (slippery slope) take control of local affairs. A large majority of states currently are in conservative control of all three branches of government but their electorates send dim progressives to DC? That has to be due to money from outside of the state influencing the election. And we are seeing it internally as well with local DAs and races such as Beto in Texas. The most destructive outcome has been federal money funding too much all the way down to local schools. Control the money, control the people.

Everything the democrats have done since they stole the election has been unconstitutional. Throwing our gates open to the third world invaders. Handing control of the country over to Fauci and the Vaccine Pushers (sounds like a bad 50s rock band), The lockdowns, failure to protect the lives of citizens, FBI Gestapo tactics. imprisonment of innocent citizens without trial. Using intelligence apparatus without warrants on citizens. The democrats know that their party is finished without cheating or rigged elections so this will not be the end of their efforts to sieze and keep power and continue the move toward Communism. People old enough to have personally witnessed decades of communist brutality, mass murder and suppression of the people of entire countries want the same for this country.

It has always been the stated ,long-term strategy of the Democratic Socialists of America to run DSA members in Democrat primaries until they reach a critical mass within the democrat party to take it over, eventually taking control of both houses of Congress as well as the Presidency. By stealing the 2020 presidential election they have accomplished both.. They are now a hair's breadth away from "fundamentally transforming" America into an authoritarian socialist state, the first step to renouncing American sovereignty as they fold us under a totalitarian fascist world government.
But there are still enough patriotic traditional American Democrats left within the Democrat party to hold the line until we send them MAGA reinforcements. Don't count on uniparty RINO Republicans. We MUST elect MAGA Republicans in 2022, and Trump in 2024.
Trump won.

Smoke & mirrors here!
There is a lot of info on the Net indicating that there are at least 4 Demo-rat Senators up for re-election in 2022 who absolutely know that if they support this legislation they are toast. Same thing with "Build Back Worse". These are: Kelly in Arizona, Hassan in New Hampshire, Masto in Nevada and Warnock in Georgia).
So ... behind closed doors ... it was decided that Sinema (not up for re-election until 2024) and Joe Manchin (also safe until 2024) would take one for the team and provide cover.
Contrary to popular belief there really are some Dem-o-rat Senators smart enough not to take a shower with an electric hairdryer in their hands.

Protecting Democracy is the motto of the Democrats. Yeah right. Protecting election shenanigans is what they are trying to do. Manchin and Sinema are the politicians who are keeping Democracy safe from the hands of dictators.

It would be nice if the vast majority of the Democrats had bothered to read the Constitution they swore to defend. It clearly states in the Constitution that state legislatures define how elections are conducted in each state. To change this requires an amendment to the Constitution — not just passing a law. Part of the problem with the last federal election was that officials not part of the state legislatures were changing the rules. Their were valid reasons for questioning the validity of the results of the election because of the unconstitutional changes made in that election.

46 Democrat senators and two independents, making 48, hate our country and how we vote. They would be perfectly happy if modern Bolshevics were in control. Stalin faced opposition like Leon Trotsky who was murdered in Mexico City. Seth Rich was gunned down on a public street because he knew too much. Pray for Sinema and Manchin. Merry Xmas!

#28. I hope you're right about those four D senators up for re-election. On the other hand, PA is in danger of losing the Toomey seat to John Fetterman (look him up) and Trump might again guarantee Warnock's seat in Georgia by splitting the Rs in the primary.
