You probably knew it was coming.
President Donald Trump -- the master of trolling -- would have a good response to Joe Biden calling Trump supporters "garbage." Indeed, he did, sitting in a garbage truck on Wednesday, calling out Biden for insulting millions of Americans and having a lot of fun in the process.
He already showed he has a talent for this with his McDonald's success. That was about serving the people.
This time it's about cleaning up Washington. What a great symbolic move it is. How great was it? CNN even had to cut away to cover it, rather than talking about Kamala Harris.

Consider the amazing sequence events and timing here.
1. Comedian makes some edgy jokes about Puerto Rico. This was arguably insensitive, especially during the final days of the campaign.
2. Desperate dems and media go into intense meltdown over it and act as if Trump spoke the words. The insanity goes on for a couple days. Then, Biden, who has always been mouthy and pugilistic, even before he was senile, clearly calls Trump supporters "Garbage". This was the sitting President saying this, condemning 50+% of the American People, in a public statement. The Right shines a very bright spotlight on the incident. The propaganda media goes into protection mode but cannot find a safe harbor, even further highlighting what Biden did AND ruining their ragged credibility even further.
3. With perfect timing and an unforgettable, iconic comeback, Trump shows up in a garbage truck with a pitch perfect rebuttal to Bidet and the media. It immediately brought back the recent, unforgettable, iconic McDonalds troll of Kamala. The media tries to downplay it but they know a perfect rebuttal when they see it. Further, it completely overshadowed and made forgettable, Kamala's closing arguments speech, in which she actually did a modestly good job of speaking while reading from a Teleprompter.
4. For those who want to think this through, Trump took an awkward moment and turned it into a smashing victory. He wiped out Biden, the media, and Kamala all in one fell swoop and THEY ALL KNOW IT and are powerless to deal with it. THIS is the kind of Happy Warrior President we want.

If the Democratic leadership were smart, they would have ordered Dementia Joe to stay hidden away until after the election. Everything he's done over the last month has hurt Kamala's candidacy.

#3, agreed but Kamala isn't so innocent either. Just the fact that she didn't primary makes her illegitimate and immoral.

This is so ripe for a voting day meme, I ordered an orange safety vest from Amazon (about $11). It will arrive tomorrow in time for me to stand in line. I expect someone in my liberal precinct will object for bringing in voting materials, but to me it's a fashion statement....like a nose ring.

What's really ironic in all of this kerfuffle over Puerto Rico is that it IS really a garbage dump: https://www.theenvironmentalblog.org/2024/10/puerto-rico-trash-problem/

The funniest part of the whole incident was the flood of excuses that the democrats created for Joe's outburst, the invisible apostrophe, the angry outburst directed only at the mediocre comedian, the angry reaction of Joe Biden to sabotage the Harris campaign because she shoved him out of the campaign.

Being a daughter of the South, especially born and bred in Florida, I have been on the poor white trash-redneck-deplorable-irredeemable-garbage end of all kinds of conversations, not just political ones.
We in the South have discovered, when they insult you, run with it. Bless their little hearts.

#5, if anyone says something to you about your vest, tell them that you just got off work. Perhaps thousands and thousands of waste management workers will show up to vote in their work clothes.

Actually what the comedian did was mischaracterize the actual garbage problem that reportedly exists in Puerto Rico, and that problem does not involve the people there.

After last week, I wrote that Trump's appearance at McDonald's was the troll to end all trolls. I was wrong. He's done it again!
