Parents of the students who attend the Nashville Christian school where Audrey Hale killed six people back in March have been seeking to prevent the release of Hale’s writings which have been repeatedly referred to as a manifesto. "Attorney Eric Osborne, who says he’s representing 100 of the 112 families at the Christian elementary school, told the court on Monday parents fear the killers’ manifesto could lead to another massacre. “Writings like this tend to inspire additional school shootings,” Osborne said, adding that the safety of the school and others like it were at the forefront of the families’ concerns… However, attorney Robb Harvey, representing The Tennessean media outlet

There is no legal, ethical, or moral basis by which these parents have any right to demand any such thing.

In earshot of where I’m sitting, a man says to his adult female, human companion, in other words a woman, "It seems as if our president is a victim of elder abuse. I'm unsure what's occurring, but his son or wife or someone is prolonging the abuse and making him toil in ways that he is increasingly unable to do." Joe Biden through his handlers is abusing America every day by allowing millions of low-skilled, uneducated, or criminal individuals to enter our country; by indoctrinating children to hate America and to be confused about their gender; by regarding concerned parents as terrorists; by printing and spending money as

Who saw this coming? Bader Alzahrani, a Saudi national who stole a New Jersey school bus and wrote about jihad and “blood, destruction, Allah,” has been found incompetent to stand trial. And that makes total sense, right? After all, it isn’t as if he were someone who was actually dangerous, such as a MAGA hat-wearing Trump supporter. So why should the poor dear be put through the trauma of an actual trial? Lehigh Valley Live reported Thursday that Alzahrani “is facing charges from incidents in January, including receipt of a stolen vehicle transportation of a stolen vehicle in federal court, and motor vehicle theft, burglary, theft of moveable property,

Anyone who says that minority groups do not play an important role in our government here in America know nothing of us. We fought a war with 700,000 dead to settle that issue. It's because of minority rights that we have both a Senate and a House of Representatives. One represents each state equally, the other the people by population. We even have the Electoral College that prevents larger states from dictating to smaller states. Of course, we have Democrats working to absolve that minority right. Dems are big on mob rule. Five presidents who won election to the presidency did not win the popular vote. Smaller states can

It turns out Dylan Mulvaney and Joe Biden weren’t a great advertisement for leftism. New Gallup poll results show the highest number of conservatives in America in a decade — and a decreasing number of self-identified liberals. As the Democrat party becomes more radical, the economy worsens, and it seems every institution is pushing sexual perversion for kids, it’s not surprising that more Americans are realizing they agree more with conservatives than they used to think. Sometimes it seems as if fiscal responsibility and cultural common sense are completely gone not only from Democrats but even from some establishment Republicans. Is that what’s behind the shift Gallup noticed? Gallup highlighted the

Happy Friday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. (Snip) The more the Trump haters try to harass him out of the race, the more I want to vote for him. As we are all painfully aware, the Democrats don’t wait until it’s election time to interfere with an election. They’re on it way ahead of schedule. Lefties want Donald Trump off of the 2024 ballot, and they don’t care how badly they pervert the law to make that happen. Matt has the story of the latest interference: "Former President Trump claims that he has been indicted by a federal grand jury for mishandling classified material by retaining sensitive documents from his

Many people are warning these days that the jaw-droppingly corrupt weapon of partisan vengeance known as the “Justice” Department, with its indictment of Donald Trump after steadfastly ignoring the crimes of Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden, is taking the nation down the road to dictatorship. And while that is a very real concern, some of the hysteria is overblown, not because the Biden regime actually respects loyal opposition and free discourse, but because the freedom of speech is already so severely eroded. The Boston Red Sox just showed that anew in their treatment of a pitcher who dared to utter unapproved ideas. Yeah, in America we have the First Amendment that

Rep. John Garamendi is demanding the Justice Department investigate the merger of the PGA Tour with Saudi-backed LIV Golf, while proposing legislation to strip the organization of its tax-exempt status. Garamendi, D-Calif., rolled out legislation this week called the "No Corporate Tax Exemption for Professional Sports Act," after what the congressman called the Saudi Sovereign Wealth Fund’s "surprise takeover" of the PGA. That legislation would end the tax loophole that the PGA Tour benefits from to avoid paying any federal corporate income tax. Garamendi, during an interview with Fox News Digital, said the PGA’s exemption, if left untouched, "will now flow to the Saudi Arabian Sovereign Wealth Fund through their acquisition of LIV."

California governor — and stealth presidential candidate/Ron DeSantis obsessive — Gavin Newsom announced a plan on Thursday to implement “common sense” gun control measures nationwide, “while leaving the 2nd Amendment unchanged and respecting America’s gun-owning tradition.” “Our ability to make a more perfect union is literally written into the Constitution,” said Governor Gavin Newsom. “So today, I’m proposing the 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution to do just that. The 28th Amendment will enshrine in the Constitution common sense gun safety measures that Democrats, Republicans, Independents, and gun owners overwhelmingly support – while leaving the 2nd Amendment unchanged and respecting America’s gun-owning tradition.”

Virtually alone among major auto manufacturers, Toyota has been a skeptic about the conversion of vehicle fleets to battery-powered electric vehicles. For people incapable of thinking 2 or 3 steps ahead, EVs are “zero emission” and therefore “save the planet” from CO2 (presumed to control the earth’s temperature despite no statistical correlation). But this leaves out the environmental and CO2 cost of generating and transmitting electricity (mostly by burning coal in the US and many other countries), manufacturing (and recycling) the enormous batteries, and the energy and wear and tear cost of the much-heavier cars that result. Energy losses due to resistance in power lines generates heat

In the wake of news that former President Donald Trump would be indicted on federal charges next week related to his handling of classified documents, many rightfully noted the two-tiered system of justice that's being employed to go after Trump while turning a blind eye to Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden — Democrats who had classified materials in unapproved locations. Democrats, of course, are used to this benefit of belonging to the "correct" party, and now Hillary Clinton is outright gloating about the partisan immunity she enjoys.
