Jack Teixeira, the 21-year-old Massachusetts Air National Guardsman accused of leaking a trove of classified military intelligence, was charged Friday in federal court with “retention and transmission of national defense information and willful retention of classified documents.”(snip)Teixeira became a National Guard “cyber transports systems journeyman”—which is similar to an information technology specialist—in February and started leaking highly sensitive military documents to his small Discord chat group in early March, according to the New York Times. As his unit provides intelligence for combat support and homeland security, Teixeira was granted a “top secret security clearance” in 2021.

FTA: According to documents, U.S. special forces have been deployed in the war-zone without the congressional approval required by law. The documents also suggest that the Ukrainian forces are in “dire straits” with casualties that far outnumber Russian casualties, and without more munitions, “Ukraine’s air defense system may soon collapse, which could allow Russia to unleash its air force on Ukrainian troops,” according to the New York Times. (snip) For the past 14 months, Carlson noted, the U.S. public has been told two particular lies: One, that the war in Ukraine is a war of national sovereignty, not a proxy battle between superpowers, and two, that Ukraine is winning that war

Democratic 2024 presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said COVID-19 lockdowns across the United States decimated the middle class, suggesting that it has yet to recover. “The strength of a nation comes from a strong economy and a vibrant middle class,” Kennedy told Fox News over the weekend, “and we have wiped out the middle class in the country systematically.” The 69-year-old, who is a prominent skeptic of vaccines, stated that COVID-19-related policies benefited the elite ruling class at the cost of the middle class. Those lockdowns, he asserted, shifted $4 trillion in wealth from the middle class to a “new aristocracy of billionaires.” Those lockdowns “created 500 new billionaires,”

Did Biden-appointed U.S. attorneys in California and Washington, D.C., block the filing of criminal tax charges against Hunter Biden? Accusations levied by an IRS whistleblower on Wednesday suggest the federal prosecutors did just that, contradicting Attorney General Merrick Garland’s recent congressional testimony and raising an avalanche of questions concerning the independence of the Delaware U.S. attorney’s office overseeing the Hunter Biden investigation. Given the severity of the claims, the U.S. attorney should speak up immediately.
