You don't have to be a lawyer or a judge to determine that this is illegal but it wouldn't matter. Unlike the pathetic fool we have in the White House now, Donald Trump could win from his basement without cheating. I have previously been against mail-in ballots but I say let's go for it. Start the 2024 election today. Flood them with MAGA.

Harmeet was most interesting, but where is the head of the RNC, Ronna McDaniel? Ronna just defeated Harmeet to win an unprecedented 4th term as RNC Chairwoman. Shouldn’t she be on Tucker? Or does her loyalty to her uncle, Mitt Romney, prevent her from speaking out against this Democrat & White House inspired attempt to stop Trump? Would not be surprised if Ronna is helping Mittens draft a response that repeats the DNC’s talking point, no one is above the law. Unless you’re a Democrat. Ronna is simply more proof that the Repubs really don’t want to win elections.

Trump will definitely be hit with a gag order preventing him from discussing the indictment. Remember...Elvis was hit with a similar gag order from moving his hips in an obscene manner. He had to just move his little finger. So I say to the "Elvis of Politics"...find a way to mention this unconstitutional power grab without mentioning it directly.

Forgive 2nd post. Does anyone else share my fear that if Trump breaks the gag order or is found guilty, we may hear “Trump didn’t hang himself” while in NYC’s Rikers Island prison. Jeffrey Epstein was placed into “protective custody” pending trial in the Federal House of Detention in Manhattan, yet was found dead there within weeks, If the federal government, with AG Barr in control of the Bureau of Prisons, couldn’t protect Epstein, how do we protect the man most hated by Dems? If AG Garland won’t protect conservative SC judges, do you believe that Garland would protect the former President who nominated 3 of them?

Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) responded to calls for more gun control following Saturday’s Allen, Texas, outlet mall attack by noting that blue states with stringent gun control have “mass shootings” as well. FOX News reported Cuellar urging people to get past calling for more laws and restrictions, focusing instead on the “root problem.” He said, “If people talk about just… making the law stricter. You got to look at, you know, in states that are blue, very strict laws, you still get this type of mass shootings. So it does happen across the nation, and we have to get to the bottom of this.”

A Denver city councilwoman facing a runoff election in June said white-owned businesses should pay reparations for the sins of slavery. During a business forum, Candi CdeBaca — a Democrat socialist — said the race-based tax could be levied by the business improvement districts, as first reported by 9News. A business improvement district is managed by local business owners, residents, and local government officials and can levy incremental tax increases which are then redistributed in a specific geographic region, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Donald Trump has an edge over Joe Biden in the 2024 election with a new poll showing the former president with a 6 percent higher chance of getting another four years in the White House. Additionally, a large number of Americans think that Trump, 76, is more physically fit and mentally sharp to serve another term over those who feel the same way about Biden. At 80-years-old, Biden is already the oldest-ever elected president in U.S. history – and would be 82 on his second inauguration if reelected in 2024.

Title 42 is finally coming to an end on Thursday, May 11 and there are at least 10,000 migrants waiting in Mexico to immediately cross the U.S. southern border once the policy is no longer in use. The public health measure was employed in March 2020 by then-President Donald Trump as a way to quell migration over the southern border at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. While many saw it as a way to keep COVID-19 from spreading by way of illegal immigration and a way to address the spikes of migrant crossings, immigrant advocates felt it was inhumane for those seeking asylum in the U.S.

Josh Hawley, “Senator, I know that there’s like 1.9 jobs for every American in the country right now. So, I know there’s a lot of jobs,” which was her explanation for canceling cobalt mining permits for Twin Metals Minnesota,

This is an extremely important paper.(snip)The public health mantra about cholesterol has always been “the lower, the better.” This has been reflected in expert guidelines which have called on doctors to aggressively lower their patient’s ‘bad’ LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C) with statin drugs to prevent heart disease. However, our new analysis published in JAMA Internal Medicine (paywalled) challenges that notion. Over the years, influential researchers such as the Cholesterol Treatment Trialists (CTT) at Oxford University, have monopolised the scientific debate on statins.
