Donald Trump was 'initially shocked' by the grand jury indictment handed down against him last night but is now 'ready to fight' and be 'combative', one of his lawyers has revealed.
Trump, 76, will be arraigned in Manhattan at 2.15pm on Tuesday on an array of business fraud charges relating to 2016 hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels.
He has denied any wrongdoing, and says he is the victim of a politically-motivated witch hunt led by the famously Democratic Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

With every single act of 'law enforcement' - arrest, cuffing, mug shot, appearance in front of a 'judge', the Democrats are hammering additional nails in their political coffins. They don't know what they have taken on.

NO, NO, NO, Donald, by all means, wear the handcuffs. That picture and your face will go down in history as the icon for the Dark Ages in America.

So, a local DA (dumb *ss) decides that he has authority to prosecute FEDERAL crimes.....and he doesn't, and these events are well past the statute of limitations.....but the DA doesn't care about mere LAWS.
This is a total fraud, sham and proves that the Dems prefer to run this country like a banana republic, or the old Soviet Union rather than a nation with LAWS.

I hope Trump's lawyer says that if Bill Clinton can pay off a rape victim, aka Paula Jones, then Trump has the right to pay off a hooker.

And this is one of the many reasons we love him. He is unlike nearly every other so-called Republican "leader" whose knees, spine, and everything else DO buckle at the slightest criticism from the left.

I hope his Secret Service detail blows the brains out of any local crooked cop who tries to cuff him. Then the DA, who will no doubt be nearby pleasuring himself.

Exodus 17:12 tells how Moses’ arm grew heavy in a battle against the enemies of God’s people. But, he sat on a stone and Aaron and Hur held up his arm until the victory was won.
President Trump’s lawyer has said that PDJT’s knees will not buckle.
Dear President Trump,
Thank you with all of my heart for being a champion for the good of the United States of America. You have taken on firsthand the evil that is attempting to destroy US. You have proven yourself time and again in this vital battle. Your knees have not buckled under the onslaught of the enemy. But, you cannot win it alone. You need WTP to stand strong beside you and help you to stand until victory is won. I pray & I believe WTP will stand.
May your knees never buckle. May they bend only before God in reverential prayer and may WTP pray fervently with you. May He hear US & may His providence be with you for ultimate good to prevail as you and your lawyers fight this evil formed against you and the rule of law.
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
6 In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.
THE BATTLE BELONGS TO THE LORD

God bless you, President Trump. May He have mercy on US and bless us all.

To paraphrase the Lloyd Bridges line about quitting smoking in the comedy movie Airplane, the Republicans picked the wrong time to have Mitt Romney’s niece as head of the RNC. Not only is she incredibly ineffective as the RNC head, her uncle Mittens voted twice to impeach President Trump over Democrat talking points. MSM will surely question Rona about how she is able to defend a twice impeached Republican who is under indictment.

Dems have nothing to fear. They cheated to win the last election and there were no ramifications for them. There is no stopping them now - the republicans have the same leaders as before. However, Kevin McCarthy is showing signs of a spine. The dems are going to round up a 1,000 more people who attended J6 - just asking the gov't not to certify the election until all the evidence has been looked at. We are now a 3rd World country - didn't take long under this regime.

Remember when ole hound dog Klingon had to pay Paula Jones. At that time the Klintens claimed they were the poorest people to ever live in the WH. If they could not pay who did? Campaign money. Or were the tax payers given the bill.
Also stormy had to pay PRESIDENT Trump so I think it wipes the slate clean!

#4, why would Stormy Daniels have to pay Donald Trump's fees in the defamation case?

If the laws that were written by lawmakers elected by citizens, usually incorporated in a state's Code of Criminal Procedures, require that those lawfully arrested and processed for booking be required to wear handcuffs, the LEOs, who are statistically likely to support Trump, do not deserve to have their brains blown out by the president's secret service detail. Were that the case and I drew that unfortunate assignment, I'd probably try to arrange for Trump to be cuffed to the senior member of his detail. Those guys are required to have a close relationship with their protectee. This could/should be handled in a way that is not disrespectful to a former president.

I put a check in the mail to the Trump campaign this morning to help him if he has any trouble with his knees. I urge everyone to do the same.
