Donald Trump faces more than 30 counts related to business fraud in an indictment from a Manhattan grand jury, according to two sources familiar with the case – the first time in American history that a current or former president has faced criminal charges. Trump is expected to appear in court on Tuesday. The indictment has been filed under seal and will be announced in the coming days. The charges are not publicly known at this time. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office has been investigating the former president in connection with his alleged role in a hush money payment scheme and cover-up involving adult film star Stormy Daniels

The weaponization of the judiciary is absolutely outrageous to this veteran. The fundamental right to equal justice under the law has been seriously violated not only by this indictment but by the utter failure of the DOJ and the entire US judicial branch. Where is the righteous this country was founded upon. Dereliction of duty is now the status quo, an expectation! Patriots this is not due to only incompetence through lack of merit based appointments but is a planned strategy by the enemy within. I promised an oath to defend the US Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Those within are more dangerous than those foreign.

When Trump wins the Presidency in 2024 his first move should be to put every person from that grand jury in prison for life.

Let's start w Bill Clinton who paid Paula Jones $850,000 WHILE HE WAS IN OFFICE. Remember when Democrat Congressman John Conyers paid $27,000 to squash a sexual misconduct complaint in 2015, and he paid it out of his Congressional Office budget, the same year he was running for re-election? Remember when then Democrat Presidential candidate John Edwards paid his baby mamma/mistress in 2008 from campaign funds to keep her mouth shut about their affair? Remember when, in 2017, it was disclosed that Congress had it’s own slush/hush fund, and that over a period of 20 years it paid out $17 million dollars to settle all types of complaints? Trump says he did not do this but it was BEFORE he was President. Preceding rumors of his incoming indictment, Trump called the attacks a “political Witch-Hunt,” and reiterated “I never had an affair with Stormy Daniels, nor would I have wanted to have an affair with Stormy Daniels.” Remarkably, Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, had already been dealt a defeat in the courts. As reported by RSBN, Daniels was ordered to pay Trump $245,209.67 in attorney fees for her initial failed lawsuit against him, along with an award of $292,052.33. This double-defeat for Daniels seems to have meant nothing to those who have been mobilized to find something – anything – to charge Trump with.

The strategy apparently is that the sheer volume of charges will convict President Trump in the court of public opinion. We know this was done so that the media could hammer the fact that so many charges have been filed that he surely must be guilty. Also, why are they allowing this to percolate over the weekend knowing that will do nothing but allow the media to stir this dangerous pot for several days. The lawless democrats are hoping that President Trump’s supporters will have time to organize a protest and they will be there to do what they did on J6. Democrats just want a reason to create mayhem and they will. It’s the only way they have to stop the truth from coming out regarding Biden’s corruption and the political class’s utter lawlessness. The never Trumpers are, no doubt, as gleeful as democrats while they foolishly dismiss the danger of this travesty of Justice. They like their counterparts on the left would rather risk irretrievably dividing the country with this blatant political persecution than stand up for what is right especially if their support of the rule of law would give President Trump any aid and comfort. The people involved in this relentless and unprecedented lawless assault on a former POTUS have opened a Pandora’s box that may strike such a blow to very heart of our Republic that it may create a wound that will never heal. Now is a critical time for patriots in the legal community to step up and speak out for the preservation of the Republic because democrats and their allies in the media will utterly destroy the country rather than relinquish control of the government. God help us. This one blatant partisan act may destroy us if good men and women fail to speak out and stand for what is right. My heart is broken for my country. I implore the Republican leadership in Congress, to stand against what you know is malicious prosecution of the highest order. Unite for the good of the country. Every candidate who has announced their intention to seek the Presidency should also unite against this travesty of Justice. Call a press conference and explain to the country that what this lawless rogue, Alvin Bragg, has done with the full support of the democrat party is a real danger to the Republic and uniting against malicious prosecution is more important than any political campaign. All Republicans must stand together because this is bigger than Donald Trump. What is done in the next few days has the power to destroy the rule of law or strengthen our resolve to fight for it. Sadly, we have witnessed far too many Republicans who have revealed themselves as tone deaf cowards when it is critical that they stand for what is right. This is their time to get it right and stand up. If they can do this to a former POTUS, no one is safe. Pray for President Trump and his family and the preservation of the Republic. It has never been as fragile as it is today.

"more than 30" is a blatant attempt to manipulate opinion. It takes more ink and space than simply to say the actual number. And it puts no conceptual upper limit on the audience's perception. Just the sort of garbage we've come to expect from CNN. But notice they didn't say Trump IS indicted. That would remind people of the need to parse carefully what the Left are saying. "It all depends on what you mean by 'is'..." would be very low-hanging fruit.

Would it surprise anyone if it did? On Friday, “Chief Twit” Elon Musk released part of Twitter’s traffic algorithms as promised, and it didn’t take long for coders to find some interesting nuggets. Just hours later, Steven Tey began deconstructing some of the more, er, interesting features of Twitter’s algorithm. Like the aforementioned government back door, albeit a slightly indirect one: A developer has discovered a U.S. government intervention option and other insights in Twitter’s recently open sourceed recommendation algorithm. The Post Millenial reports that on Friday, Twitter released a portion of its recommendation algorithm on GitHub, a website where programmers can share and work together on open-source code.

President Joe Biden’s administration announced that it would cut Medicare Advantage, after the president has frequently claimed that Republicans want to slash Medicare and Social Security. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) announced this week that they would cut Medicare Advantage by 1.12 percent in 2024, which is not as significant a cut as what the administration proposed two months ago. Bloomberg reported: The agency will also phase in controversial changes that determine payments based on the severity of patients’ health problems. That policy will take effect over three years instead of one year, after the proposal drew fierce criticism from the industry.

The Department of Justice may have more evidence showing former President Donald Trump meddled with classified documents in his possession after he was subpoenaed, a report claims. Multiple people familiar with the matter told the Washington Post that Special Counsel Jack Smith used emails and text messages from a former Trump aide to build the case that Trump or his team may have meddled with some of the classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate after he was subpoenaed by the government. The sources claim that prosecutors believe Trump personally looked through the contents of some of the boxes of documents following the subpoena. Investigators reportedly believe that messages from

Trump blasted New York Supreme Court justice Juan Merchan in a Friday post on Truth Social. “The Judge ‘assigned’ to my Witch Hunt Case, a ‘Case’ that has NEVER BEEN CHARGED BEFORE, HATES ME,” Trump wrote. During an appearance on ABC News’s “This Week,” Trump’s attorney Joe Tacopina told George Stephanopoulos he doesn’t agree with the former president’s claims. “No, I don’t believe the judge is biased,” Tacopina said. The Democratic Party is making war on Republicans, conservatives, and America. All rules have been abrogated, all traditions trashed, all sense of fairness gone. It is past time for conservatives to quit being nice guys. The Democrats’ assault can be stopped only by a healthy dose of their own medicine. Let’s start investigating prominent Democrats with an eye toward bringing criminal charges against them. Most of America’s district attorneys, those that have a political affiliation, are no doubt Republicans. Likewise, most attorneys general are Republicans. They all should think about Democrats who can be charged in their jurisdictions.

The DOE will begin full enforcement of the ban on that date, but it has already urged retailers to begin transitioning away from the light bulb type and, in recent months, begun issuing warning notices to companies. It is, perhaps, somehow appropriate that they assigned this holiday to fall the day before April Fools Day, but that’s a debate for another time. There was some confusion over the name because a group of trans activists had also declared March 31st to be the “transgender day of vengeance.” (That wound up being canceled at the last minute, apparently when people noticed it and started talking about it on social media.)
