So Hunter Biden's 'masterpieces' aren't

Is the Biden money-making machine gig up? Sure looks like it, given the situation with artistic genius, Hunter Biden. According to the Washington Free Beacon's Alana Goodman: Hunter Biden is in financial turmoil after his paintings sold for less than the six-figure price tags estimated by his gallerist ... The underwhelming sales have led Biden to consider launching a legal defense fund to help pay his mounting attorney bills stemming from a federal tax crime investigation and congressional inquiries into his foreign business dealings, the Washington Post reported.

Comments:

Joe's presidency isn't over yet but funny how no one wants to buy these slopfests at these prices.

They are bribe receipts, and Traitor Joe isn't looking like he has much shelf life left, so the bribe flow is slowing down.

It was all just a way to get money into Bidens' piggy bank. Buy a canvas signed by Hunter smeared with multicolored oil paints for #350,000......Who's to say? "It's art, Man! No joke!"

The decades long Biden family influence peddling operation is in peril because the PTB have determined that the Big Guy doesn't really have that much of a future left, either in life expectancy, politics, or in influence worth our enemies' hard earned cash (Renminbi?). With Democrat cheating so deeply embedded in so many aspects of blue and purple states' elections, I think Biden is certain to win in 2024--his chances of "winning" hover around 100% likelihood-- if he consumes sufficient drugs to keep him upright and awake. The Donks want both him and Kamala Sutra gone gone gone, but how do they get rid of 'em both without making Speaker Kevin McCarthy president? Kevin is second in the line of succession! He'd be quite an improvement over the the other two. But it isn't the Donks that are the Stupid Party, no? It's us.

Art is like a lot of discretionary collectibles...it's only worth what the market will pay. Trouble is, the demand for Hunter's art, which would normally be determined by legit art collectors, is inflated by the political actors whose ulterior motive is to buy influence with the Big Guy via Hunter. Given the current circumstances, we will never know what Hunter's art is worth to collectors, as art, because of that effect. Given Hunter's lack of any attributes related to art, my guess is that his art is worthless to true collectors.

WASHINGTON — Outgoing White House chief of staff Ron Klain broke down in tears over and over again Wednesday while handing over power to his successor Jeff Zients — going so far as to praise President Biden as a role model for parenting and Vice President Kamala Harris as a great officemate. “This is the best job I ever had,” the 61-year-old Klain blubbered as he began his remarks at an East Room transition celebration, forcing his 80-year-old boss to supportively rub his shoulder as he regained his composure. As if the cost alone weren't enough to make the millions of illegal migrants brought in by Joe Biden's open borders unpopular here, the ingratitude and entitlement mentality of these illegals now seals the deal. According to National Review: More than 50 migrants camped outside the Watson Hotel in Manhattan in protest on Sunday night as the city sought to move the single male migrants to a new shelter at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal to make space for migrant families. The new shelter holds as many as 1,000 single adult men and provides the same services the migrants had been receiving, city officials told the New York Post.

A certain amount of foofaraw came about when FBI bigshots Peter Strzok and Lisa Page drew headlines for their Trump-hating text-messages while in the throes of an extramarital affair. And rightly, most of the attention went to the pair's illegal use of government property and underhanded Borgia-style machinations against the incoming U.S. president. But their openly out there extramarital affair is worth noting, too. Under FBI regulations, adulterous affairs are a firing offense, given that such behavior puts national security at risk and automatically leads to the loss of one's security clearance. It makes sense that someone who can't keep a personal vow probably wouldn't be inclined to remain loyal to his country,

Joe Biden likes to advertise himself as ordinary 'Scranton Joe' who's a family man and "devout" Catholic to the public. A look at news rolling out about Biden's extended family in the wake of recent scandals suggests a different story. Cut to the chase and throw in Beijing's princelings or Russia's oligarchs, who frequently make cameo appearances. Not surprisingly, most claim to have a soft spot for "the common man." President Joe Biden faced mounting pressure Monday to remove Jair Bolsonaro from the country a day after supporters of the former far-right leader stormed Brazil's Congress, Supreme Court and presidential palace. Riot police were deployed to protest camps in Brazil’s capital as the government vowed to prosecute the rioters for the assault on the nation's democracy. The attack, which carried unmistakable echoes of events at the U.S. Capitol two years ago, also turned attention to Florida — where Bolsonaro flew days before his term ended. “Nearly 2 years to the day the US Capitol was attacked by fascists, we see fascist movements abroad attempt to do the same in Brazil,”

When thousands of rioters ransacked Brazil's monumental government buildings on Sunday, political leaders condemned the grave attack on the country's democratic fabric. In waves of green and yellow, thousands of far-right supporters of Brazil's ex-leader, Jair Bolsonaro, wreaked havoc on Congress, the Supreme Court and Presidential Palace in Brasilia, leaving a trail of destruction behind them. But the three buildings also held a rich collection of art, some of which suffered irreparable damage.

Donald Trump is not stupid. His opponents have always underestimated him because of the colloquial way he talks–sounding vastly different than most people in the highly educated class. Not sounding educated, they assume he isn’t and by extension isn’t smart. But in recent weeks Trump has been acting as if he is stupid, and I have to say I am surprised. Trump has been attacking Ron DeSantis on the COVID lockdown issue, arguing that the governor’s reputation as a freedom fighter is unearned. Trump even implies that DeSantis was something of a COVID fascist, while Trump himself was fighting to reopen the American economy. That is a profoundly stupid line of attack.
