Seattle Is Running Out of Morgue Space
Due to the Fentanyl Crisis

Original Article

When you run a city on the values of (personal) truth, (social) justice, and the (anti) American way of life, there are bound to be consequences, no matter how hard you try to ignore them. That may include the spike in violence in New York City, the crime and homelessness throughout California, or the general collapse of Portland, Ore., on every front. For Seattle, it includes those things and a fentanyl crisis that is claiming lives at an alarming rate. The rate is so high that the King County Coroner is running out of places to store the bodies.

Comments:

Well done, leftists!! Soon you'll be stacking dead bodies like cord wood!!

Can there be any other reason morgues are overflowing, not just in Seattle, but all over the world where a majority of the population is covid vaxxed and boosted? Certainly overdose is a contributor, but it's always anything but the covid jabs. I've seen articles attempting to explain the dramatic increase in cardiac arrests among under 40 since the vaccine rollout that attributes it to many things, but no mention of the jabs.

Homeless camps all over the city, open air drugs, rising crime, rip off taxation, business large and small fleeing. These aren't concerns of the mayor or the city council. They just want to be good little llberals.

Order more body bags and lease a fleet of freezer trailers. Problem solved. Legalizing drugs is one more component of the global population reduction and control agenda of environmentalists. Works quite well. The money saved on long-term medicare and Medicaid and social security benefits alone is astronomical. Not to mention savings on food and water.

#4, bet you can't do that due to the toxicity of the remains from these poisonous drugs. As for the horrendous numbers, we out here still care; but Seattle and other such cities, locales, caring is a mark of humanity which has long disappeared from these leftist enclaves. Still part of our country. Still dangerous for us all, as we still need social cohesion in order to survive as a nation.

Most of the fentanyl problem is due to it being cut into other drugs. Second point: Narcan is a much bigger problem. If a user over-doses and police/ems arrives while user is still breathing, administering Narcan revives the user within a few minutes. Once the user recovers, soon afterward, the user is back to making the same bad decision. Narcan removes the responsibility of a user to change behavior. Final point: Today’s drug abuser is tomorrow’s biohazardous waste cleanup.

It's not just that Seattle is overly tolerant of its own, home-grown drug addicts. It's that this misguided tolerance and refusal to enforce the drug laws is an invitation to transient drug addicts all over the western US to migrate to Seattle, to set up camp, and reside there until they eventually overdose and die. It's just a variation on the theme of "If you build it, they will come."

Florida teachers are being told to make their classroom libraries — and any other books that haven’t been approved by the state — inaccessible to students. The policy was put into place last week in response to HB 1467, which Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) signed into law last March. That law established that teachers could not pick books that they say are appropriate for their students based on their own idea of what’s “appropriate.” The teachers are complaining that the state doesn’t trust them to choose only approved literature. And they’re right. And that’s a good thing. I’m pretty much a free-speech absolutist.

Last January, Joe Biden set the Democratic base ablaze with the incendiary charge that Republicans were suppressing the votes of minorities. “Jim Crow 2.0 is about two insidious things: voter suppression and election subversion,” Biden told a crowd at Atlanta University. “It’s no longer about who gets to vote; it’s about making it harder to vote. It’s about who gets to count the vote and whether your vote counts at all.” “It’s not hyperbole; this is a fact.” At the time, it was a supposition, not a fact, to claim that the Republican election reforms would suppress the black vote. And as it turns out, it certainly was hyperbole.
