On Sunday, Elon Musk posted a Twitter poll asking, “Should I step down as head of Twitter?” and promised to “abide by the results” of the poll. Nearly 17 million users voted, and 58% said yes. Musk has previously stuck to his word that he’d abide by the results of polls he’s conducted, but the anti-free speech left shouldn’t get too excited that he’ll actually step down as CEO. In a separate tweet, Musk added, “The question is not finding a CEO, the question is finding a CEO who can keep Twitter alive.” Then, in response to a tweet suggesting that Musk already has a successor picked out, Musk tweeted,

New York — Sam Bankman-Fried will be extradited to the United States Wednesday night, Bahamas Attorney General Sen. Ryan Pinder confirmed.
Bankman-Fried will be extradited after the Foreign Minister of the Bahamas signed a warrant of surrender allowing his extradition to the United States, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Bahamas confirmed in a statement.
Earlier, lawyers for Bankman-Fried were negotiating with federal prosecutors in New York on a bail arrangement that would enable him to avoid detention, people familiar with the matter told CNN.

Fallen film mogul and convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein has once again been found guilty.
Weinstein was found guilty of rape, sexual misconduct, and forced oral copulation involving “Jane Doe # 1.” He was acquitted of all counts against “Jane Doe # 3.” The jury was hung on all counts involving Jennifer Newsom, wife of California governor Gavin Newsom.
Weinstein is already serving a 23-year sentence in New York for rape. The 70-year-old is now looking at another 24 years in prison. (Snip) Weinstein also made the news in September of 2022 when a Los Angeles judge refused to let him out to see his dentist.

Newly indicted FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried is slated to appear in court in the Bahamas again on Monday, where he reportedly will change course and agree to no longer fight extradition to the U.S.
Reuters first reported news of the reversal on Saturday.
An unnamed official who interacts with Bankman-Fried on a daily basis at the Bahamian prison known as Fox Hill told The Washington Post that the disgraced FTX founder remarked Friday that he would agree to be extradited back to the US to "face the music" if his lawyers could not persuade a judge to grant him bail.

The watchdog group announced yesterday that it had obtained records from a FOIA lawsuit against the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease. The entities had failed to respond to a FOIA request filed in June of 2021 regarding “the biodistribution studies and related data for the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson& Johnson COVID vaccines.”
