A 22-year-old man was taken into police custody early Sunday morning after two heroic clubgoers tackled him to the ground to stop him from firing more rounds at a gay nightclub. Five people died in the shooting at Club Q in Colorado Springs Saturday night, and 18 others were injured. Authorities say Anderson Lee Aldrich entered the gay club just before midnight and fired an unknown number of bullets from his AR-15-style long rifle before he was stopped by at least two 'heroic' patrons. Early reports suggest the gunman was wearing bulletproof armor at the time.

Liberal, liberal, liberal. That's CO. Plenty of gun laws, too. BUT very lax on follow thru. This guy should NEVER have been allowed near a gun, legally. And NO law-abiding gun owner should be lumped in with his criminality. He was 50% the problem, the authorities of CO who should be protecting the people of CO are the other 50%.

Anyone else noticing a trend? Shootings and mass shootings are being done these days by teenagers and boys in their early 20's. Kids are coming out of high school seriously damaged. Why is that? And before any new gun control legislation is passed, the above questions need to be answered.

Seems like all these mass shooters are “on authorities’ radar”. If you want carte blanche to commit mass murder, be sure to get on authorities’ radar first, then they will apparently leave you alone.

Blue cities and states have most strict gun laws but totally unenforced laws in the country. Another one on their radar for a bomb threat but not sequestered until after he goes bonkers. Yet J6 protestors who hurt no one, are locked up within days for over two years for trespassing! Blue voters are getting terrible karma for their ideological stubbornness.

Further, 71 percent said the House should “investigate the origins” of the Chinese coronavirus, and 77 percent believe the House should “investigate the FBI and whether politics has been playing a role in its actions.”

Mannequins used to practice life-saving CPR aren't diverse enough, doctors have claimed. Researchers want to ditch the reliance on default 'lean white male' models. Doing so will help overcome 'bias' among bystanders and help improve the survival of other groups, they say. This, the team claim, would be done by 'changing the perception of sudden cardiac death' — meaning people recognise it doesn't just happen to white men. Academics from Canada and Argentina found fewer than 10 per cent of mannequins used to promote CPR on social media represented black or Asian people. None were of pregnant women and barely any were of fat people, according to the study.
