Being detained in the DC gulag for nearly two years in the DC Gulag has taken a toll on J6 political prisoners William Chrestman‘s faith, family, and mental health.
In a recent letter to TGP, Chrestman describes the “inhumane” conditions he is subjected to while living in a “third-world hell.”
“I feel gross, depressed, and angry about how I’ve been treated. And that’s not even mentioning the violent abuse we J6ers suffer at the hands of racist and hateful corrections officers,” Chrestman wrote. “We get maced for no reason, beaten for singing the National Anthem.”

Attorney General Merrick "Gestapo" Garland has many armed goons guarding the political prisoners. He salivates, with glee, knowing that power rests with him.

Is that one of those Communist Chinese jails we're allowing to be built in our country now?

How, in God’s name, is this allowed to go on? If MTG is the only one focused on this, she needs to take a camera crew outside that prison every single day. With Twitter now in slightly saner hands, she needs to broadcast this 24/7/365. Why have these people been abandoned by every, single branch of the US government? Meanwhile, murderers, rapists, pedophiles and thugs of all kinds are let out of jail with a slap on the wrist, in blue states across the nation. This is an unforgivable atrocity, brought to us by the very people who squealed like stuck pigs when a couple of terrorists had to wear panties on their heads at Gitmo.

We have no one in government who can stop this inhumane treatment?? Senators or representatives? Gitmo prisoners were treated better. I thought US citizens had inalienable rights. I hope they may someday get pardons and millions of dollars from this corrupt government.

G. Gordon Liddy wrote in his autobiography decades ago about his time in the D.C. and federal prisons he was sent to for refusing to rat on President Nixon. His contempt for the screws was absolute. He said the only difference between them and the inmates was their uniforms.

I don't understand why habeas corpus doesn't rule this out?

I'd say these folks have crappy legal representation. At a minimum any lawyer worth his salt would be suing DOJ on the grounds that their client's Sixth Amendment rights have been violated.

This goes on because the prison obeys their democrat Deep State masters. It shows us what kind of people work there. We have had our own gulags since the days of G. Gordon Liddy. The Republicans did not raise a ruckus about it then either. There is no convincing me that longtime incumbents don’t know about it.
God bless MTG but without any of our party leaders circling the wagons to FIGHT for these men, I fear we will begin hearing about deaths soon.

The first thing the Republicans should do is say "all Money is cut off until these people are released". No matter WHO is Speaker or who is the Leader, they must stand their ground until the Democrats release those people! And where is the Supreme Court in this? Surely there is something in our Constitution that FORBIDS holding an American Citizen, without their having an attorney or without going before a Judge or without even being charged with anything. Enough!

Sure sounds like they are violating their rights, and due process.
Does DC have a special exemption from the Constitution?

Read about the prison for Confederate soldiers at Point Lookout Prison Camp and you will see how the prisoners were treated by ex slaves appointed as guards.
There were 5 Confederate prison and they were as bad as Andersonville.
Not because supplies and medical aid was not available, but because they were Confederate prisoners.

So pubbies, now that you at least have control of the House, what do you intend to do about these abuses of the J6 prisoners by the dims and the DC jails? These political prisoners should have been charged and tried a year ago. Suggestions, pubbies? What can we expect will happen next need we ask?
Who wants to go first? Jim Jordan, since you are positioned to become House Judiciary Chairman, what can we expect and when?

Both my senators and my representative who are Republicans. Only one Senator answered and he just sent blather he could care less. I am very disappointed in the people who are supposed to maintain Justice and protect and follow our Constitution in this country or in leadership positions. Most of them are just spineless mindless jellyfish. I'm disgusted with them.

It is beyond belief that U.S. Citizens are treated in this fashion. I thought we learned from accounts by Solzhenitsyn, Victor Frankl and many others. Yet our own “democratic” system, fueled by law, and informed by a “free press”, ignores the same thing today! Shame on them, shame on us, “conservative” as well as “liberal”.

McCarthy should make Joe an offer he can't refuse.
Pardon all the J6 prisoners and Hunter walks away.
