Albuquerque authorities have detained a primary suspect in the recent killing of at least two of four Muslim men, and have identified him as 51-year-old Muhammad Syed. Albuquerque Police Department (APD) Chief Harold Medina announced on Twitter Tuesday afternoon, "We tracked down the vehicle believed to be involved in a recent murder of a Muslim man in Albuquerque. The driver was detained and he is our primary suspect for the murders. We will update the media later this afternoon."

Comments:

This is my nomination for the fastest-disappearing story of 2022. Going straight down the MSM memory hole. Murders of Muslim men? What murders of Muslim men?

Oddly Newsweek has the conversation closed on this one. They used to call that 'censorship'. I wonder why. He might identify as a White Supremacist - since we haven't been told his preferred pronouns it's really impossible to know. (If you can't stop stupid, you may as well have fun with it)

Another successful graduate of the "White Supremacist Led Diversity Inclusion and Empowerment (DIE)" program. The "white supremacists" have a great DIE program -- they are able to successfully train other genders, races, and faiths to do their job. Or so it seems. (Sarcasm key now OFF.)

Lots and lots of ways that various Muslims hate each other, and they are sevnth century barbarians so this is pretty much standard behavior for some of those folks. Get mad.....get violent. It will be interesting to find out what the beef was. Some ancient sectarian thing or something more current like "you didn't pay for the heroin that I shipped" or "you worked for the Americans in Kabul".

someone must have told "Who is Muhammad Syed?" that this country recognizes Sharia Law and we kill people indiscriminately and for no reason but, if there is a reason it doesn't matter what the reason is, as long as it's a reason - sounds coherent to me

The only way to save this is to call Syed a white muslim, the same way George Zimmerman was a white Hispanic.

DeSantis is showing us all who he really is; but are you willing to accept it?

But these are opening for more than just financial experts: They will also be armed. Among the job requirements listed: “Carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force, if necessary.”

As the Wyoming primaries approach, The New York Times is already preparing the post-election spin boosting the post-congressional exploits of Rep. Liz Cheney. The Aug. 8 front-page headline was "Cheney Ready to Lose a Race, But Not a Fight." Times reporter Jonathan Martin laid it on thick: "She has used the Aug. 16 contest as a sort of a high-profile stage for her martyrdom — and a proving ground for her new crusade." Martyrdom? She's not being burned at the stake like Joan of Arc, even if that's the kind of moral high ground the liberal media coverage suggests.

The Labor Department released the inflation report Wednesday and while any fair-minded person can tell the economy is far from looking up, President Joe Biden has well and truly embraced Orwellian dystopian doublethink and, instead of saying “2+2=5,” declared 8.5 equals zero. While holding a ceremony Wednesday to sign the PACT Act that, in part, addresses the healthcare needs of veterans who suffered illness or injury from exposure to burn pits, Biden attempted to draw a win on the consumer price index (CPI) coming in at 8.5 percent for the month of July. That number was indeed a drop from
